Viatges a Quinto di Treviso

Hallo ! The hotel is good, clean , bed is confortáble. There is a recepcionist , Sir Hassan , very bad for us , in twice times that we stayed there . In The first time did'nt give us The remote control of television; only after 3 days by other recepcionist ! In The second time , did'nt check our reservation , doing many questions. Our smartcell was discharge and He did'nt use your sistem to confirm The reservation. He go away The room and was tô lunch around reception . We are guests and feel ver angry

Excellent location. Lots of hot water, clean sheets/linens. Shabby room but a bit chic. No elevator and extremely narrow hallways. Hard to navigate with suitcase. I imagine Italy has different stds regarding exit in case of fire. Eliza who was there until 2pm was great. I arrived when no one was at desk and it was unpleasant.

Pros: Ideal location, building is stunning in a historically luxurious way, bathroom was huge and water pressure was superb. Cons: Room did not match any photos online when booking and was slightly disappointing compared to the photos of the example rooms. Carpeted rooms. Library and terrace bar were not open as incentivized.
