Our waterfront cottage is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring three cozy bedrooms that comfortably sleep nine guests. The living room offers additional sleeping space with a sofabed.

The open-concept kitchen and dining area are fully equipped, perfect for preparing meals together. The living room, with its large windows, offers stunning views of the water.

Outdoors, enjoy the swim spa, BBQ grill, and two docks, including a floating dock for easy water access. Whether you're here to relax or enjoy water activities, this cottage has it all.

Larger groups may be allowed upon special request, and bringing air mattresses or sleeping bags would be recommended. There is only one washroom so keep this in mind if you plan to have a larger group.

During the warm months, we have a floating dock at the end of a stationary dock. There is a canoe and stand up paddleboards that can be used, along with some life vests inside the deck box.

Please be careful as the canoe can tip easily, especially on windy days or when there are large waves.

Please confirm you've read our house rules: no parties, no smoking indoors, and respect for quiet hours (7 PM - 7 AM) everyday except Sundays, which end at 9AM.

Waivers are to be signed to use the swim spa and the watercraft.

We kindly ask all guests to note that our property allows a maximum occupancy as stated in the listing. Any additional guests beyond the stated number will incur a charge of $100 per person per night. Please ensure that the correct number of guests is provided at the time of booking to avoid any additional fees or issues during your stay.

House Rules: To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly request that all guests read and agree to our house rules prior to booking.

These include important guidelines regarding the use of the property, noise levels, cleanliness, and respect for neighbors. By booking, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these rules.

Note: If you break something, let us know right away. If you spill something, clean it up. If you move things, put them back to where they were. If you are unable to put them back, let us know why.

Lastly, please be aware that this is our personal home so you may see our personal things like soap, shampoo, etc. You are welcome to use them but we recommend you bring your own.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire cottage, including the three bedrooms, living room with sofabed, kitchen, dining area, and one washroom.

Outdoors, the space is all yours to enjoy, including the swim spa (waiver needs to be signed), stationary dock, floating dock, and deck with a BBQ grill. During the winter, the cottage's location is ideal for ski enthusiasts, being less than 10 minutes from Batawa Ski Hill.

Water activities are a highlight, with access to a canoe, and stand-up paddleboards. Feel free to explore the property, relax on the docks, or take a refreshing dip in the lake.

During your stay at our property, we're fully committed to making your experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

While we respect your privacy and will ensure you have the space you need, we want you to know that we are readily available to offer assistance throughout your stay. We're just a phone call or message away and we aim to respond as promptly as possible to any queries or concerns you may have.

We will be using the Airbnb messaging platform to stay in touch, but we're also available via email or phone in case of any urgent matters. Our goal is to ensure your stay is smooth and hassle-free from check-in to check-out.

Our neighbours own several dogs that are not on a leash. There are no fences separating the properties so the other dogs may venture into our yard from time to time, though they usually stay in their own yards. Some bark at strangers but generally do not cause any trouble.

Here are a few tips to make your stay more comfortable:

- Strict Non-Smoking and No-Party Policy: Our home is strictly non-smoking and not suitable for parties. A significant fine of $5,000 will be imposed for any violations of these policies to ensure the upkeep and quality of your stay.

- Wi-Fi: You'll find the Wi-Fi name and password on the router located in the living room. If you have any issues connecting, try turning the router off and on again.

- Kitchen Appliances: Please clean any appliances you use.

- No sitting or leaning heavily on the bathroom sinks.
