"We stayed at Eurostars Porto Douro for three nights in December and had a very pleasant experience. The breakfast was a highlight, with an excellent variety including hot dishes like eggs and roasted vegetables, fresh fruit and vegetables, cheeses, yogurt with toppings, pastries, breads, juices, and good coffee. Our room had a lovely river view, and we appreciated being able to open the windows for fresh air. The staff were very attentive. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

The location was ideal, the amenities exceeded our expectations, and the overall value was excellent. "El Eurostars Heroismo es un hotel completamente nuevo, amplio, lujoso y muy limpio. Se ubica algo lejos del casco antiguo de Oporto, pero es una ubicación conveniente para viajeros que van en coche puesto que el parking es de muy fácil acceso entrando a la ciudad, y es amplio, en el sótano del hotel. Hay una parada de metro en la puerta del hotel que lleva al centro en pocos minutos. El estado de limpieza nos pareció excepcional y todo parecía recién estrenado. Las habitaciones nos parecieron...

"Dec booking - Room was clean. Smaller than expected and comfortable enough for two people. Complementary espresso pods and tea sachets. AC not working: error message showing up or automatically going to heater. Receptionist tried her best to help. AC was still not working. Breakfast was delicious and had great variety of options. Location is perfect : close to Ponte Luiz, restaurants, metro station, stores, Christmas market, river. Highly recommend (ensure AC unit functions)."

"Ein Traum. Das Zimmer war super und sehr ruhig. Man hat von den anderen Gästen fast nichts mitbekommen. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch beim Buchen von Ausflügen war es sofort behilflich und hat alles arrangiert. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine sehr große Auswahl. Einige Specials wurden sogar auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker."
