Relax at the lake at this peaceful place with a breathtaking lake view and lake access. Enjoy the serene beauty of the lake from the boat/fishing dock, go kayaking (if convenient to launch), or try your hand at fishing or go swimming. Bring your boat & tie it up to our dock. – we have a boat lift to ramp your boat. Relax by the firepit and roast marshmallows. And if you're a bird watcher, this is a paradise! It's a place designed to make you feel excited and adventurous, with a variety of activities to suit every interest. Enjoy and recharge on the covered porch of this beautiful home on Lake Tawakoni.

The public launch is just around the corner. Pull your boat to the private dock or cast off our pier. We have 3 kayaks and 3 fishing rods (bring worms). We also have a nice outdoor grill. The living room boasts a 75-inch Smart TV, the king bedroom has a 55-inch mounted smart TV, and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances. Indulge in the whirlpool tub in the bathroom.
Nestled under tall Enchanted oak trees that gently sway in the breeze, be in the shady hammock with million-dollar lake views or play outdoor games. Enjoy a beautiful garden amid flowering plants and herbs (mint, chives, sage, oregano, thyme, rosemary) with butterflies and hummingbirds flying around them

It's fully stocked with towels, cookware, glassware, serving ware, basic spices, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals, ensuring you feel at ease and well-catered during your stay.
