"The property was as presented, it’s actually 3 floors which I did not realize but plenty spacious and comfortable, the host was communicative, helpful and responsive. We were all very comfortable, definitely met our expectations and would recommend."

"The property especially the outside area could use some TLC. the trash location in the parking lot was constantly over flowing with soooo many trash bags piled up and falling apart with loose trash all over the ground. Also, the perimeter of the property had cigarette butts and trash all in the mulch. I didn’t like how they let heroin junkies live there with his dog. Always outside smoking cigarettes. Just a bad look. Unfortunately we won’t be staying there again. "

"Walkable to beach and restaurants! Safe neighborhood! Comfortable with all the necessities. Only thing to be mindful of is that there are a fair amount of stairs to access the property but I believe there is a second apartment downstairs with fewer stairs that you can rent."
