"It was pleasant. Very quiet and wonderful view of the lake. Excellent fishing. I had a few things that required online access to complete, so I selected a locations that listed wifi. Unfortunately the wifi was extremely slow so U had a hard time sending email. That said if you want a remote spot where you feel left alone to fish, this is great. Most people do not rent a lake cabin for the internet access though..."

"We had a great stay at this Rustic Hills Retreat lakehouse. The views are absolutely stunning to see from sunrise to sunset and outdoor space is amazing and puts you at peace! My brother enjoyed fishing off the dock. We both enjoyed the pool table inside as well. Overall, we both enjoyed our time here between inside and outdoor space. It was even a perfect spot to travel to Kalamazoo, Battle Creek and Coldwater all within about 25 to 40 minutes. We even had a slight issue getting in to the...

"Great little property off of the lake with some beautiful scenery. The hosts were great and very friendly, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there! "

"We spent the weekend at this cottage and were able to host a graduation celebration for approximately 25. There was good space for accommodating a BBQ. Steve was very responsive and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with needed items. Beautiful view of the lake! "

"I needed this property to do a baby shower. Worked well. Had a slight problem with the door but I was called immediately after I sent a message about it. And it was fixed in 30 minutes. "

"The house was cozy and welcoming. It met all of our needs for a weekend stay as a family. We appreciated the efforts made to meet the needs of all types of guests, since we had two small children (3 and under) with us. We all enjoyed waking up with a beautiful view of Coldwater Lake."

"The house was amazing, 16 ladies all slept comfortably and plenty of room for us to all be together in the living room. We loved hanging out in the water and on the dock. The house is stocked with all the things plus firewood. Plenty of patio furniture. We rented a boat and parked it at the house. We had an amazing time! "

"stayed here as our sons wedding was at the Boathouse at Nettle lake which is also owned by Mike and Sue. they were very responsive to any questions we had they had a place for us to park our boat trailer. We had a GREAT weekend Thanks Sue and Mike. please note this is a lake house so there is slope to the lake and 1 story of stairs to the parking area "
