"The house was great. Three adult couples had loads of space in a central location. We made day trips to Bunratty, Loop Head, Cliffs of Mohr and the Burren very easily. We highly recommend this house."

"The house was clean, beautiful views but needs a lot of repairs. The dryer needs to be replaced, the knob to adjust heat is broken and just lying on the counter. We had to adjust it until we finally found enough heat to dry our clothes. When you take a shower in two of the bathrooms, the water just pours out onto the floor. They need ventilation in the bathrooms. Everything is covered in condensation after a shower. We ended up taking everything out of the bathroom so the heat and condensation...

"This family country home was everything we hoped for. Comfortable, clean and quaint. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed here with our adult children, 5 of us in all, and loved it. Great location, amazing view from the living area. We took a quick drive one evening to Doolin for some live trad music and delicious fish and chips, but also had great foo as well as a great bakery. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Our group had a wonderful time at the Castle View House. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Sally was a very responsive and gracious host. Also, we could easily walk down to some of the shops and a pub so a great spot."

"Our family of 8 (4 couples) really enjoyed our stay in Doolin. The Cottage is in a great location and the property manager did communicate with us when we had a problem with cold showers (we didn't know what time that the water heater would be on). Doolin is very walkable and the cottage had a great game selection for our family. No real grocery store in town so pick up groceries before you arrive. We did miss an actual coffee maker, but the French press worked for a few cups. "

"Lovely experience. Richard the owner was very accomdating and answered all my questions. Very close to downtown Ennis and the Cathedaral (a five minute walk). I would absolutley stay at this property again. A sweet taste of local Irish living. "

"We had a lovely stay in this house. It was located in a beautiful location overlooking the estuary and a short drive from the local village. It was very clean and tranquil, exactly what was needed after getting away from a big city. The views of the many islands on the River Shannon were breathtaking. Anne was very friendly, easy to contact and accommodating to our needs. We would highly recommend it for somewhere to stay, especially to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in a picturesque setting"

"The property was not in the best of shape, several bedroom shades were broken, lightbulbs out. Internet and TV were not as listed in vrbo and we ended up with only Wifi (no local tv -this was not a service issue as it was a hardware). The weather was absolutely lovely, but we had nowhere to sit outside, other than stone wall, which had our backs to the view. Fixing the front of the house driveway / patio (in poor shape) and adding outdoor seating would elevate this property emmensely."

"We wanted to be based close to Doolin, Caherconnel Fort, and Aillwee Cave. This property was a hit. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable, plenty of parking, two pubs right across the road, and a little hotel on a kitty corner for a night cap complete with the live music on Saturday evening. "

"This is a wonderful place to stay with a beautiful view from upstairs bedrooms. Gorgeous town and area. Loved the hot tub!Small negative points: we only received the address 10 minutes before check in time which was frustrating; and only one shower can be used at a time which was tricky with 5 people staying there. "The only issues were the radiator in front bedroom would come on and make it uncomfortable. Toilet overflow in the back bedroom made a noise. But otherwise very good stay. "

"We really enjoyed our stay and tour of the farm. Host was charming, place was lovely, however there was no deck/patio, no hot tub and no bbq as advertised, however host did offer to lend us her bbq. Would recommend."
