"We had an executive studio with a King bed, perfect for an overnight stay. The studio was warm, clean and comfortable. I loved the rainhead shower, which had excellent pressure. As part of the complex there is a takeaway shop, 4 square, liquor store, tavern, laundromat and the excellant Pembroke Patisserie, which meant we were able to have dinner and breakfast within walking distance. The complex is also close to the Clutha river walking track which we loved. "

"We were disappointed to only have stayed one night. Comfy bed and pillows. Accessible shower with great water pressure. Great kitchen and laundry facilities in room. Really spacious space. Beautiful little brook running through the property. Construction going on next door, but we didn’t hear it in the morning. "

"What a gem! We loved the heated pool & hot tub & slide. We used them each night in winter! We could walk to the Wanaka tree & the lakes edge. Town was a little bit farther, so we took the car, but it is walkable if it was a little warmer. Our family appreciates 2 bedrooms and the kitchen was well equipped. We spent a day skiing at Cardrona and the drive was easy. I highly recommend this property! "

"We stayed here with our two small kids (baby and toddler) and it was perfect enough space for the kids to play indoors but also having a little grassy area outside to explore. The location was great very quiet and safe but an easy walk into to town with lots of beautiful scenery and parks to stop along the way. The only minor issue I had was one of the bed linen cover had a few stains which was off putting but not enough that we didn’t still use it. "

"Spacious, luxury apartment with beautiful views. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, and trails around lake. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and gym. The apartment itself is new and stunning and included a sauna. "

"We had a pleasant and comfortable stay here. The view of the lake from our room was wonderful! Our place was very spacious and offered many amenities which we greatly appreciated. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. We were rather disappointed that our place was not serviced despite our leaving out a door tag requesting service. There were sufficient towels for our two-night stay so we didn’t want to quibble but it would have been nice to have had a little clean up while we were...

"Clean, Quiet, Communication was Excellent. Good Parking Spot in front of Property.Improvements- Wifi and Individual heaters in the rooms. "

"Warm unit. Good for couples or a small family. Comfortable and central to all sightseeing in Central Otago. "

"Property was spot on for our weeks getaway. In a complex of similar properties and only a few minutes walk from the Cardrona Hotel. Property was lovely and clean, nice and warm and just right for the two of us. The only thing to watch for is how thin the walls are but we were out exploring every day and sleep with ear plugs in anyway so it was no great travesty!Highly recommended and will hopefully get the chance to revisit."

"The apartment was really great. We stayed for 4 nights and we enjoyed the city and the apartment which is very well equipped and had everything to make us feel comfortable. We can definitely recommend this place."

"A great location, easy communication with Anne and a warm, cost house with all the amenities required to make our stay very comfortable. Centrally located in Wanaka (we often walked to town) and an easy 25mins to Cardrona ski field. Highly recommended. "

"I love this place! It felt like home and being able to meet up with my daughter and son-in-law, spend time here watching movies and favorite shows was wonderful. It's a good location, nice neighborhood, and having the owners next door was a plus. "

The house was bright and attractive, clean and warm, and had excellent bedrooms and bathrooms for our family, as well as great living spaces for different ages to get together, especially when extra family popped in to celebrate with us.
