"We booked this hotel because it was recommended for families travelling with babies. When you arrive in the room, there is an amenities list on the tv that you can order things from for infants, like a cot, bottle steriliser, baby bath, etc., which was all very helpful. We had one of the one-bedroom rooms with a kitchenette and were a bit surprised to see it was missing its crockery but again you can just order it on the tv (presumably this saves unnecessary washing). Personeel is niet flexibel. Tegen het arrogante aan. Een simpele vraag is al een probleem. Een moeilijke vraag (kan ik mijn verblijf verlengen) is een nationale ramp…. Hoop dat de incheckbalie dat eens gaat proberen "
