"Generally a good option, especially location. There are details that could be better… they need to replace hairdryers. I went through 2 that quit working after 2 mins. I ordered room service for breakfast and it arrived in disposable containers (tho I certainly paid for a finer dining service). Even in the dining room the coffee comes in paper cups. These cheapen the experience and just seem like stupid choices for an otherwise good hotel."

"Staff was accommodating and hotel is in an excellent location. Hotel was also clean. We had drinks and dinner the last night at Certo and it was excellent. The food was delicious and the drinks were perfection. The only negative was our refrigerator did not work, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Please avoid this property if you can!!!! The only positive aspect of this property is its location. Based on the photos, it appeared to be a decent place to stay, but unfortunately, that was far from the reality. Upon check-in, the condition of the room was unacceptable. There was visible mold, cracked walls, chipped and poorly maintained paint, and carpets that appeared not to have been cleaned in years. The overall cleanliness and upkeep were extremely disappointing. We requested to speak...

"Beautiful room, very well equipped and stylish with top of the line blow dryer and clothes steamer. Great location, around the corner from DuPont circle. Clubs on the street so a bit noisy throughout the early morning. "
