Fully renovated 1200 square foot condo in the heart of the city!

The perfect way to enjoy a gateway in Quebec city. Two closed bedrooms, one queen size bed and two double sized bed, brand new fully fonctionnal kitchen and a romatic bathroom!

During the summer, the street becomes pedestrian with patios getting larger for a festive atmosphere.

The apartment is perfect for journeys with friends, family gatherings and business travels.

Enjoy the incredible ambiance on one of the most hip neighborhoods of the city : Saint-Roch. Urban, modern and eclectic, you will have everything you need nearby.

Our apartment is the perfect place to relax after a good day, you will have to your entire disposition :

- Two rooms garnished with restful beds and confortable quilts : one queen beds and two double beds. A baby travel crib is available upon request at a cost of $10 per night, maximum $50 per stay.

- Huge windows to enjoy the St-Joseph street's vibe

- A cozy living room with a sofa and TV + Netflix

- A full equipped kitchen to cook your favorite meals

- We will provide all of the essentials : soap, shampooing, sheets, towels, etc.

The parking lot is a minute walk away. The address is 685 rue Sainte-Marguerite. It’s only 20$ CAD per day. You also have an unloading zone right in front of the condo, so you can drop your luggage and then go to the parking lot.

Saint-Joseph is probably the most attractive neighborhood on the city, it is urban and hip. Its central location will allow you to get anywhere very easily. Take a walk over St-Joseph and Saint -Vallier streets and enjoy the best offer of trendy bars, restaurants and boutiques. You have also many groceries stores nearby. Getting to the Old Québec and Petit Champlain is very easy from there. You won't get bored with everything there is to do there. Indeed, it's also close to the Central train station !

You can do everything walking. If you want to take the bus, you may find a stop very near over Charest Boulevard. You can get anywhere from there. Otherwise, you can also take a taxi or Uber, it's very practical!

For those arriving at the airport, the apartment is just a 15-minute drive away.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, stylish and comfortable. The neighborhood has lots of great cafes and restaurants and was only a short walk to the heart of Old Quebec. We would happily stay again!

The condo was very clean and modern. I know this is not the host's fault - but just wanted to note that there was a fair bit of noise from the upstairs unit. Good location - very close to coffee shop, good restaurants, toy store (which my daughter loved) and walking distance from Old Quebec. Great communication from the host, very easy check. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment is very cleanly and comfortable, perfect for a weekend away with my best friend to celebrate our 40th birthdays. We were easily able to walk into the old city, and be more immersed in the non-touristy quarters surrounding it. While the road can be a bit loud at night on the weekends, it was nothing too bad, and the back bedroom (with two beds) buffered the noise completely. On the road itself just a stones throw from the apartment is a lovely cafe, poutine shop, and Italian restaurant. A tiny bit further down is a grocery store, and in the other direction an excellent toy store. Parking was extremely easy in garages throughout the city. Finally, communication with the owner was excellent. I highly recommend this location. It was a great first place to visit Quebec, and I anticipate cooking back!

This place is located where you can walk almost anywhere, we made it in to Quebec City 15 - 20 minutes max. The area is up and coming. There is a great place to eat if you step out of the place and turn right it is just up the street called HONO, delicious!! Jean-Charles reached out and was very reachable if we had any questions. Much appreciated. Merci.

The unit is ideally located in a walkable neighborhood with plenty of restaurants to chose from and easily accessible to Old Quebec. It was also very straightforward to navigate to for an out of town guest. Maybe not recommended for a very light sleeper as the area is lively. I had absolutely no problem with the sounds outside however.

Right on a major shopping street. Lots of interesting shopping and great restaurants. We walked to old city in about 20 minutes. My kids loved the tub and shower in the washroom. Only drawback was the number of homeless people nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment in Quebec City! The hosts, Jean Charles and Dominique gave us a warm welcome and were readily available to help us navigate their apartment and city. The property is very clean and central for walking to the many attractions. It had all of the amenities mentioned on the website. We will definitely stay there again if we return!

The condo was super clean, the decor was modern , the beds were super comfortable. Check in was easy and the hosts were very responsive when I had questions. They even left us a bottle of wine! There was a grocery store nearby as well as many cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Had a glorious vacation! Thank you! Would suggest a few things. After we thank you for the delightful wine we found to welcome us. There is also a parking garage one block closer and feels a bit safer. AC in the double bedroom is very noisy. Abrupt starts are rather disturbing to one’s sleep. We appreciated the keyless entry and laundry. Very convenient. Hope this doesn’t sound critical only helpful. I have been an owner of eleven different multi-use properties and understand how difficult it is to keep them all running. Good luck in your endeavors! Again, we had a lovely visit and thank you.
