"On Newcadtle historic quayside next to millennium bridge. Faboukouscsetting. Easy reach of neecadtle city carparkimg to rear of hotel. Good size rooms quit super comfortable. Modern themed bathroom with ovebath rain head shower. Nice and powerful. Tv ,ironing board, mini fridge,hairdryer modern themed bedroom subdued lighting everything is class. Breakfast room floor 1 overlooking River tyne and the bridges. Outstanding service from Tessie felt as though we had known her for years so...

"We arrived and went straight to bed as it was late when we got there. Bed comfortable but surprised no face cloths in the bathroom . Shower excellent and breakfast really tasty and with plenty of choice. Left luggage in house while we visited the Durham uni.Easy to walk to the Uni business centre. A good choice."

"I stayed for one night. It was very clean & comfortable and i loved the decor. Having said that it could do with a new carpet in the room i stayed in, and the water pressure on the sink taps was very low, as a result it came out as a trickle. The breakfast was disappointing, very small for the price. Overall it was a pleasant experience and i would stay there again."

"Hotel is in a prime position for Newcastle city centre the room has everything you need.The prices and food are reasonably priced for a city hotel.The staff were very helpful from check in to check out.The only downside was the music coming from the public bar underneath the hotel which only stopped at 2am."

"Hotel rooms at the back of a large traditional local stone public house. Very good standard of room. Easy to park car park of a good size. Bus stops directly outside the hotel. 15mins walk to town centre. Check-in though was too slow, using staff that were occupied at the bar. Staff very friendly when eventually the lady arrived. Check-out also suffered by using staff from the pub area, although early in the morning the wait was not long."
