"I loved this apartment. I thought I booked a hotel and at first I felt disapointed as I really don't like self check-in or added complexities. But this was easy. The apartment was refcetly suited to our stay and I loved that there was a lottle washing machine too. We ordered a petit breakfast to be delivered to teh door for a small added cost and it was perfect. I will stay again! "

"Wonderful property with amazing attention to detail. Our check in was a thorough tour of the property by Gisselle who could not have been nicer. And our room was amazing, with full kitchen, great bathroom and shower, as well as a terrace with table and chairs. If you want a vacation from your vacation, this is the place to stay. "

"We had a wonderful time at Hotel du Convent. The property has been beautifully restored and the gardens and grounds are so inviting. Very relaxing. Staff is extremely helpful and service is impeccable. We stayed in a King room with balcony overlooking the gardens. Will definitely return to the hotel when visiting Nice. I checked out several hotels on this visit and Hotel du Convent stands above all others. "

"Llegar al L Negresco es llegar al mejor hotel de lujo en Niza, recorrrer los pasillos llenos de obras de artes , paseas por diferentes epocas de las historias, la curaduria de los muebles y de los objetos antiguos es una maravilla "

"Es un hotel demasiado viejo para lo que cuesta. No me pareció la relación precio - instalaciones. Sin opciones de transporte. Por lo demás el personal excelente y la limpieza muy bien "
"The room space was as expected. Bed very comfortable. Lighting and curtains were great, you can block the sunlight with it.
Bathroom was great too, only thing that was a bit different is that the toilet was separated from the main bathroom space, but it was good. The water pressure could have been better in comparison with other BW, but it was ok too.
The air conditioner was working great, only point to highlight is that changes are done manually and the numbers were not visible so didn’t know how exactly set it, therefore no timer.
TV was ok. The coffee was great too. Couple of water bottles were included, which is appreciated specially with today’s hot temperatures.
The room entrance (stairs/elevators) great too.
Overall it was a great experience, and the staff was always really nice and kind even for a short stay."
"Rooms have no towels in them so you are provided with them before getting into your room. We were not given the vouchers for the breakfast at the moment of the check in. We were asked by them in the middle of the breakfast when we did n not even know we had to have them at hand… Quite embarrassing… the ladies at the front desk are not the best ones in terms of customer oriented personnel… breakfast was ok. Private rooms should be equipped with TV screens…no soap in the bathroom (quite bad). I would not recommend this hotel…"
"La localizacion del hotel es de primera, y cerca de muchos lugares turisticos, tren y restaurantes. La bienvenida y despedida no ron para nada acogedoras. La joven en el counter me indico que me cobrarian el tax de la ciudad y no me indico la cantidad. Tuve que preguntarle y aun asi me respondio con un numero general. Ni las gracias recibi por el caballero al momento fe hacer check out. Fue muy poco cortes. La cama fue muy dura e incomoda. Los "springs"
Del mattress me ocasionaban dolor y en las mañanas me levantaba adolorida. Me quede 2 semanas y tuve que solicitar que me cambiaran las sabanas a la semana. La habitacion quedaba al interior cosa que no me molesto porque no tuve ruidos para dormir. Habia agua 24 horas."

"Hotel muy agradable, personal amable. Habitaciones cómodas, limpio, bien decorado, amplio. Y a pesar de estar en un barrio ruidoso, las habitaciones estaban completamente insonorizadas. La temperatura se podía controlar fácilmente. Un agradable lugar para conocer Niza."
