There was parking infront of the room. Central location to the St. Helena high street. Central to go for wine tasing and restaurants.

"Breakfast was great - too late on a weekend to utilize though. Nice new property and my favorite room ever in a suite - HOWEVER we were there 6 days - NEVER HOUSE KEEPING - had to go to the front desk for towels, coffee - AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY !!! IF YOU CAN EVEN FIND someone at the front desk. The staff are Inept, LAZY, and Housekeeping is non existant !!! "

"Basic hotel with decent room and amenities. I wish we would have known the rooms are right up against the loud busy road. Our view was of traffic and we got to listen to sirens and cars all day and night. Also the lights when you walk into the room and bathroom are motion sensor and drove us nuts having kids and trying to keep the room dark for them to sleep. Overall decent for the price but not sure we would stay again. "

"Pool looked dirty, and it is not heated and there is no spa or hot tub. The breakfast was the worst we have every experienced. No bread or toaster. No eggs. Supposed to be batter for making waffle. Empty the entire time we stayed and when ask if they can replace it the woman only said one word "NO" ! When I complained the office said she doesn't speak English. No apologies. When asked for clean towels we are told you must bring the others back before we give you others. Had to almost beg for...

"Positive: room was clean.
Negatives: pool not heated nor likely to be soon.
Heater/AC on wall cheap, made huge noise, 50 db according to my phone. Turned on every 5 minutes. At least it drowned out noisy refrigerator.
Lots of sketchy people hanging out in parking lot all day, drinking beer, smoking weed, playing loud rap music. Seems like some of them live there full time.
Mattresses cheap quality, like sleeping on a bag of rocks.
Usually Best Western facilities are fairly good, but not...
