Breakfast was typical but did have sausage and beacon on different days. Walking distance to a couple of fast food establishments and very close to grocery shopping. Quick, easy access to the freeway. I felt comfortable with the parking."

"The rooms stunk of mold or mildew, the first room had a huge puddle under the fridge, and the second room had a broken bed. The breakfast was cold and some items were over cooked and some were over cooked. The condition of the property was sub par and there were a lot of construction debries all over the place in the parking lot. They were understaffed and we stood in line to check in for a half hour. WILL NEVER RETURN. "

"Hi, room was clean and tidy. The iron stand in bathroom should be stored outside in the clothing zone; with the hanger rail at least matching a 6-feet hight coat. The widened zone totally asked for walk-in curtained zone with clothing closet area and ironing zone as changing clothing and getting ready zone with a vanity mirror. However, the cost might curtailed some of these much wanted zones for room renters for conference attendance or wedding reception attendance. Beautify-hopeful wanting...

"Got a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite with kitchen. Checked in at 3:20 pm and was told the room wasn’t ready. Came back at 7 and found someone’s shorts by the couch and a stain on the pillow. The room was super nice and I loved it and the guy at the front desk was amazing but don’t stay next to the pool if you go to bed early. It was really noisy and I had a toddler with me. "

"Rooms are nice; however, there's a room in the 2nd floor that has a fire alarm that likes to go off at 6 in the morning. Last stay, it was our room. This stay, was the room above ours (likely our room the last visit). Keycards also demagnitize even when kept away from everything. This has happened on the last 3 visits here. This time, they didn't work walking from the front desk to the room. It's also inconvenient since you need them to get in the building. "

"When I checked in, I was told to park in the rear of the hotel. The clerk stated, "Go through the rear door take the elevator to the 3rd floor your room is right there!" When I went through the rear door, there was NO signage indicating the location of the elevator! Myself and other guests were walking up and down corridors looking for the elevator. One guest I came across said she found an elevator near the front of the hotel, but it was out of service. No one at the front desk mentioned this...

"IHG/Expedia - NO HUMANS - I was unable to cancel my via the AI system. When I asked the AI if it was a human, it would only reply something like "I am a certified agent". I tried for over an hour through various chat bots. Never found a human. Was unable to cancel and get a refund. Was unable to make a complaint, even. NEVER USING EXPEDIA OR IHG AGAIN, UNTIL THEY HIRE HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. "
