"They cancelled my reservation and while they offered to rebook at a Hyatt for us I had to mar at least three phone calls to finally receive my rebooking reservation! I am extremely upset because I chose the hotel specifically for its location and I booked back in October of 2025! Then they cancel the two days before I am to arrive’ seriously! The lame excuse was technical issues which allowed for overbooking! I booked in October! Why did I get moved and then the other hotel was another half...

"The staff were very friendly from check in to check out. The rooms were clean and had plenty of towels. It was very easy to control the temp in the room to make it comfortable. The continental breakfast was great too. "

"The sheets in the first room had hair and both queen beds were sunken, and you can feel parts of the mattress springs. The front desk quickly gave us another room and that room was wonderful. When it was first opened it definitely offered great value, now it seems they have cut corners, and that's a shame. "

"Upon our arrival, the exterior of the facility appeared fairly decent and gave us a positive first impression. However, after checking in and entering our room, the experience quickly changed. Inside the room, we encountered several concerning issues sich as cracks on the floor, a noticeable tilt in the bathroom, a crooked headboard, and furniture that appeared worn to the point of needing replacement but still in use. The hot tub area was surrounded by outdated tile, and the flooring did not...

"I wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel is old and dingy. My room’s main door had visible gaps — I could see the elevators across the hall from inside the room. The bathtub was filthy, so I didn’t let myself or my son shower. There was also someone else’s hair still on the bathroom floor. Staff were polite at check-in, but at checkout they sat behind a wall and weren’t very present. I didn’t see bugs, but I felt on edge the whole time because the place was so gross overall. Won’t be back."

"We left before breakfast so didn’t try it. Staff was polite. Parking was plentiful. Only problem was no hot water in our room. Didn’t know until we got up the next morning for showers. I told the desk clerk on the way out. A shower would have been great but had to go without. Clerk said that room had just had a plumber out to fix that. May I suggest that someone check to see if what needed to be fixed is actually fixed. "

"Prior to our arrival we called for early check in they said they were booked up. We got there and It was empty. Upon arrival the staff was welcoming and friendly. We got our room quickly. Entering our room It was a double bed room. One bed did not have a quilt. Then entering the bathroom It was left with the towels from the people who stayed prior. They were dirty and on the floor and hanging on the back of the door and displayed clear signs of use. There was what appeared to be a black mold...
