"No notice of construction before booking. Less than 24 hour notice of construction workers needing to come in our room and were very forceful and rude. Room was left dirty after construction workers left. Construction workers came in with no notice while we were gone. Construction workers tossing stuff out of the window and coming close to hitting our room window. Doors were always slamming. Hot tub was needing to be fixed a lot. Pool area was always dirty. Housekeepers come into the room when...

"This is a typical 2 star facility-easy in and out location clean enough-but not great....the A/C and heating were great...The room was adequate except the pillows-which were terrible...I requested and received a somewhat renovated room and an extra blanket- it is a pet friendly hotel-probably the single best feature : )"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is an obvious priority. Additional amenities were a nice touch, breakfast options were plentiful and yummy and the evening nibbles and a beverage were welcome indeed. We will definitely stay here again when we return. "

"Great place to stay! Some neat places to eat/drink close by. Downtown is a few blocks away but you wouldn’t know it because the house is in a cute little neighborhood. Room was clean and quiet. Would be a great place to stay for a team building event. All kinds of cool amenities throughout the house. Hot tub is huge and all the outdoor space is awesome. Will definitely be back. "

"Check the sheets. Checked in late and literally showered and crawled into bed. Woke up this morning realizing the comforter was severely stained (and I had been snuggled up to it all night) with a brow large stain. This was also found on the boxspring mattress. I don't know if the sheet were stained or if they hadn't been washed since prior guest? Either way, it was really gross. Staff seemed very apologetic and attentive but since we booked through Expedia any compensation has to go through...

"Beautiful room! Friendly staff. Lovely view of the city from our room. Google cast was on the tv so we could watch what we wanted. The bed was comfortable, and there was no sound from our other hotel guests on either side so we felt very peaceful. The shower was wonderful, with a regular head as well as a rainfall head, and there was some lovely scented shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the showers. I loved the easy access to ice and water on my floor.
My husband said that the breakfast brunch...
