"予約時禁煙喫煙の表示がなく、備考に禁煙希望のよに書きましたが、喫煙の部屋を割り当てられました。 禁煙の部屋に交換して欲しいと言いましたら、別料金が必要と言われました、予約の時にそう言う注意事項はなかったように記憶しています。 改善して欲しい。"
