スタッフは最高！水回りは良くないホテルです。
"周りに夜市や市場があり、莫高窟陳列館まで徒歩圏内です。バス停も近くにあり立地は良いです。 スタッフの方は簡単な英語でも話せませんが、一生懸命対応してくれてホスピタリティーは素晴らしいです。朝早く外出する時も、 まだ暗いけど大丈夫かと心配までしてくれました。 しかし、ホテルの水回りの設備は悪いです。スタッフさんの対応が素晴らしいだけに残念です。"

"Hotel charged for breakfast that was supposed to be included. Elevator broken 1st night. Room standard not different from premium as listed. Halls not clevacuumed or clean."
