"The property was very nice and close to everything we wanted to do. The staff was very efficient and helpful. The hidden amenities fee that was required at check in was deceiving and absolutely not worth it. Expedia and Stay Pineapple Maxwell should charge EVERYTHING up front so there are no surprises or hidden fees at check in. A bad mark on an otherwise good hotel."

"everything is perfect except for the bathroom shower. the showers leak water onto the bathroom floor everytime i stay here so it’s clearly the design. The shower head it’s directly above your head and is sometimes hard to breathe due to how hard it comes down. the smaller shower head is hard to turn and points directly towards to floor causing water to leak since the door/shower is glass it doesn’t actually shut completely."

"Nice room, staff extremely helpful for local info. Will stay again"

"The room was huge, bathroom was huge. Didn't need the staff much to me honest, but everyone was happy and helped me out during checkout to make sure everyone that helped got a little extra for their helpfulness! Sp glad we spent a little more and stayed here. Literally a minute from the market, and a great views from the room's window to just people watch and sunset. Rooftop terrace was amazing for fire and wine at night. Would stay again in a heartbeat."

"Beautiful hotel rooms are clean and beds are great!"

"The double bed rooms are very small. There is not enough room for two people to be between the beds at the same time. That said, the pillows were fantastic and the beds quite comfortable. The room was spotless and well stocked."

"Located in downtown close to trains to the stadium and walkable distance to Pike’s Market and lots of stores and restaurants. Beautiful property with very helpful staff and a very comfortable room. Only dislike was the cost of parking."
