"Didnt stay in blancos the hotel i picked.Was informed there was a leak.So put us in the sister hotel.the grand hotel.The room was not good.there was dust everywhere.The cups were full of dust.when we complained.Was told the room has been used in a while.we will inform housekeeping.payed for breakfast but hotel didnt do it.Had to get up and drive back to blancos a mile away to eat.Then return to the grand for my stuff🤐"

On my first visit I had had a terrible day and when I checked in I found my room was not to my liking - a personal thing, the room was beautiful but I just didn't feel comfortable. "A really lovely place to stay. Convenient with car parking to the rear of the hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Stayed in the main hotel this time and the room was really comfortable and quiet. A few stairs to navigate but all worth it. Would definitely recommend."
