"建物のドアはロックされているので、チェックインの時に建物に入れなくて大変困りました。ドアを叩いていたら、たまたま中に他の旅行者がいて開けてくれました。 チェックインの時にドアを開ける方法を教えて欲しい。 LINEで問い合わせても無視でした。 部屋には髪の毛が落ちていて掃除はされていない感じ。 スパが地下にありましたが、利用方法が書いていなく利用できませんでした。 全てセルフならもっと情報を提供して欲しい。 朝食はパン、コンフレーク、カップ麺の3種類。 駅に近いのは良かった。"
