The OceanView Villa is a private villa for rent suitable for family vacations, family reunions, small groups of friends, and couples seeking privacy and tranquillity. The rooms are designed and decorated to capture the local Swahili style of Zanzibar and blend flawlessly with the environment.
Bedrooms
The 4 bedroom villa consists of a master bedroom with private bathroom, all tiled, glass enclosed shower. The master bedroom has a king-size Swahili bed, French doors opening to a veranda overlooking the ocean. The 2 guest rooms (standard-size bedrooms) each have a queen-size Swahili bed and a beautiful garden view of frangipani flowers, papaya and coconut trees. The two guest rooms have a private sitting room and a shared bathroom consisting of modern tiled glassed enclosed shower. The extra 4th bedroom with queen size bed is for additional guest.
Main living area
The living room is a fantasy in motion, great expander looking up into the magnificent makuti roof. The artistry of the sofa and lounge chairs made by a famous artist/carpenter is one of a kind; French doors/windows overlooking the garden and the ocean. The living room flows into the dinning room, the bar, and the kitchen, all in one open space separated by exotic Arabian arches. Centred in the hall is a beautiful water fountain.
The kitchen is modern with beautiful tiled counters, refrigerator and stove. The spacious dinning room is all windows, overlooking lush bougainvillea and the ocean.
All rooms have ceiling fans and natural air condition system utilizing ocean breezes (ocean/land breezes flow through mosquito screened lattice openings above all windows).

Two adjoining spacious bungalows situated right on the beach overlooking the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. Each bungalow consists of one very spacious room with
en suite bathroom, mini fridge, and private veranda. Each one has 3 queen size Swahili beds accommodating 6 people. The bungalows are designed for families, group of friends and or a couple. There is a lockable interconnecting door allowing easy access for socializing and to turn the rooms into a family suite.

OceanView Villa is located on the North East coast of Zanzibar, near the village of Pwani Mchangani. It is situated in one of the most beautiful coastline in the world. The stunning expansive beaches and powdery sands provide a haven for peace and relaxation.
Most of all it is facing Mnemba Island which is famous for the best snorkeling and diving in Zanzibar.
