"Nos encantó el hotel, instalaciones, amenidades, servicio , comida, actividades y sobre todo la cercanía con Machu Picchu inmejorable! Gracias a todo el staff : Alex, Joshimar, Alex de la entrada , Elizabeth . GRACIAS!"

"The property seemed a bit disorganized. The manager messaged me via Expedia offering to pick us up at the train station, but no one showed up or followed up. It wasn’t a big problem since the hotel was nearby, so we walked there. Our reserved room wasn’t available at check-in, but management moved us to the correct room the next day as promised. Breakfast was nice and no issues there. Unfortunately, a guest next door sang loudly late into the night and again in the morning. Management didn’t...

"This place have a great location, but keep in mind that there is no AC in any of the rooms, and it will get hot and humid at night. You will need to keep the windows closed for the mosquitos. Great and friendly stuff and they have a nice breakfast area."

"Wished we were staying longer! The room was clean and comfy, with a nice hot shower. The staff were very helpful and flexible with everything, including giving us breakfast to go and letting us leave our bags after check out. Great value for the price as well, I would highly recommend."

"Omar was an exceptionally attentive and responsible member of the hotel staff. He arranged a quiet room for me so I could get a good night’s sleep before my hike. He also gave me helpful advice on joining the bus queue and assisted me with an urgent medical need. The hotel’s location was also very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent service and thoughtful staff."

"Perfectly fine for a one-night stopover. You can’t beat the location right near the train station, and everything is walkable. The team was sweet, the place was very clean, and breakfast was good. The street noise isn't ideal for a long stay, but for one night, it was a totally fine, convenient option."

"Limpieza, ubicación"

"Super close to the new bus company station, Torontoy, 2 minute walk. Town is small so walkable to any place. No elevator, so a little bit trouble staying on higher floors."

"All in all a solid Hotel for some nights in Santa Teresa."

"Wonderful place close to the bus"

"We stayed with our family. Its a really nice location. We left our bags here while we went to Machu Picchu. Adter it was a 5 minute walk to get our bags and then another 5 minutes to go to the train station."

"The Inkary Hotel was in a great location in Aguas Caliente. It was centrally located in a little shopping district with plenty of places to choose from to eat. The hotel was a couple minutes walk away from the buses that take you to Machupicchu."

"Staff was very friendly, location was great, clean and in the midst of all the excitement of Aguas Callientes. Hotel is situated amongst other hotels/apartment buildings; distance between buildings is a narrow alley. My room was on the 4th floor (btw, no elevator so be ready to be walk up some flights)…Either my next door neighbors brought their Xbox and were playing “Call of Duty” with the blaring sound of machine guns and the volume turned up high or it was the residents who lived across the...

"Not a good experience at all. Run down and dirty. Stunk. Tiniest bathroom-size of airplane bathroom. Got bites all over my arms and legs at night from something. Bites turned into welts and caused muscle pain. Breakfast in morning was cold. Warmer under food was not plugged in. Staff were trying to be helpful but didn’t know English well. Got charged for two nights but only stayed one. Tried calling them for almost 4 months prior to reservation to cancel second night and they never got back to...
