"Beautiful. The watergardens are so peaceful and the longer walk to the waterfall for swimming was worth the climb. Our " house" was beautifully decorated and breakfast was great with all we could want. A hidden gem well worth the trip."

"The staff were wonderful. We were late in arriving but staff made the check-in process smooth and easy. We were in unit 1 which has a view of the bay and a wonderful outside sitting area with a bbq. Linens were nice and beds comfortable. The heat pump worked well when we needed air conditioning or heat. The staff were very helpful during an unusual heavy rainfall event to make sure we were safe and had everything we needed. We would stay again if we are back in the area. Hot water beach and...

Lived the spa, pool was awesome, just wish didnt get sick so could have really enjoyed everything! "Well maintained property, close to Tairua town. The one bedroom unit had all amenities needed for a 3 night stay. Owner is friendly and communicative. We also got to use the bikes for free and I believe t hey also let you use kayaks for free. "

"The unit was musty when we arrived. Had to open all doors and windows to get fresh air in the room, looking back we should have gone to management and swapped rooms. Signs of mould on ceilings. Mattress is that springy it sags in the middle. Would not stay there again. Room number 2."

The property was well laid out with a large outdoor pool, cafe for morning coffees and snacks, movie nights and fish & chips available in the evening. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff! We enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend! "
