We were delayed checking in due to the condition of the condo after the prior booking vacated. It took longer to clean but the property manager was excellent and explained what had happened and provided a gift card for food and drinks nearby while we waited. When we checked in, the cleaning crew missed a few things - 2 empty pizza boxes in the pantry closet and used coffee grounds...

"Room was nice but not exactly slopeside or views of area or plaza. Coffee maker leaked and some of the outlets didnt work. No linens or blankets for pull bed.Room was clean and had basic kitchen equipment. "

"One would think that for over $1000 per night you would have a TV that is functional. When I called the management at Purgatory they were inept and could care less. After waiting 2 HOURS and no one came to the unit or even called me, I called again. It was ridiculous. In addition, the unit is tired and has poor appliances and inventory."
