"It's a good place to stay for a night. Staff was kind, but each time I needed assistance, I had to call the front desk number to get the staff attention to come to the front desk. The rooms were cleaned well, however there were a few stains in the bath tube and hair on the sink counter. The towels and shower curtain could be changed out. I was surprised the lobby did not have a public restroom for guests."

I also had a negative experience with one of the staff members when I asked if they could open the door between the hotel and the garage. "I have stayed a couple. It's not the nicest place in the world, but the manager is the nicest man in the world. Super friendly to all the guests he talks to. It is clean and it is in a nice convenient area. The breakfast is basic and when I came down 15 minutes after everything was put away he offered to bring everything out again for me. Of course it's not a high-end hotel so don't expect anything special."

"I stayed in the McCulloch Suite in the Sion Bass House (one of the two adjacent historic homes which make up this property). The suite was very spacious and clean. The check-in instructions which were emailed the day of check-in were very clear.
