Located in the heart of Loudoun County’s Wine Country, The Gruner Bungalow offers stunning views of our vineyard and the County’s landmark Franklin Farm silo. This is a recently renovated 8 Bedroom, 7 full bath, and 2 half bath residence that comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, along with a recreation room for entertainment and an outdoor saltwater pool to cool off.

The pool needed some attention when we arrived and the owner responded immediately. There is plenty of seating in the pool area and it has a shallow end as well as deep end. There are a lot of spaces in the house to gather and the 2 half baths on the main level were helpful so we didn't need to constantly use the stairs. There are no bedrooms on the main level.The steps into the house in front and in back to go to the pool are very high and might be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. We all enjoyed staying at the house.

It wasn't clear from the listing that this is across a parking lot from a large wine tasting facility. The pictures made it look like it was isolated and on its own. We wondered if we were the first renters of the season. Some of the bathrooms were missing hand towels, soap and washcloths. It would be useful to have trash cans in at least all the bathrooms. The landlord was responsive. Overall, it was a good stay.

Excellent Vacation Property

The house is beautiful; very updated with lots of places to sit and have conversations! It is really close to the tasting room at Otium, but it was never an issue. The pool is really nice, too! Our group of families had a great time! Overall, beautiful house and we had an amazing time.
