"We got the all inclusive package and the staff was consummating to my friend that is gluten free. The staff is not all bilingual if you do not speak any Spanish. The hotel was nice. There is no AC in the summer just heat. The heated pool was not warm. Pools were fairly dirty. We loved the location ..."

"Das einzige, was das Hotel zu bieten hatte waren ein Schlafplatz und Frühstück (wobei es da jeden Tag dieselben Sachen gab). Die Bar war nie geöffnet, Kinderanimation gab es keine, der Pool sowie die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Einzelne Zimmer werden renoviert, was bedeutet, dass man frühmorgens ..."
