This house is in a great location in a beautiful neighborhood. We were close to restaraunts grocery stores, attractions etc. The hosts were very accommodating and were very helpful when we had any questions or issues (a minor one with the pool which was resolved in a timely manor). The house had everything we needed and the king bed was so comfortable! My favorite thing about the house was relaxing by the pool and watching the boats go by in the canal. We will definitely be back!

An ideal location to get away! At the end of a street on a waterway gave to peaceful evenings and mornings with the views you expect from Florida, and still minutes away from all the offerings of Punta Gorda. Excellent access from the property to the Peace River. The hosts are attentive, accommodating, and resourceful!

Waterside comfort

All the facilities are great, the kitchen and en-suite bathroom seem newly fitted out and nicely contemporary. The king size bed was sooo comfortable it was hard to leave!

Great Location and everything we needed

Linda met us and introduced us to the property. Everything was exactly as portrayed in the listing. We loved the house, the lanai and pool were perfect for our stay. Very comfortable bed as was all the furniture in the house. We will definitely try to come back again. The location was so close to everything. Restaurants in Punta Gorda excellent. Owners responded to us immediately with any questions and were nearby if we needed anything.

Peaceful Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed a peaceful four nights at this Punta Gorda property. We spent most of our time lounging by the pool and fishing off the dock. Linda met us upon arrival, gave us a tour and answered our questions. She was very helpful and welcoming. Everything was just as expected from pictures and description. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing host and home

We loved this house. It had everything we needed and then some. Fishing poles, bikes, beach chairs. The house was clean and well appointed. The host met us and showed us around and was so kind. You will not be disappointed. Stay here!

Great house!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time at the pool and fishing off the dock. We caught several different types of fish. Plenty of supplies for our stay and a nicely stocked kitchen. We will happily stay there again!

Staying at Jim and Linda's

Property was as described, kitchen appliances were all top notch. Pool was very clean, as was the rest of the house. No problems. Communication with Jim and Linda from the booking process throughout the stay was exceptional. Highly recommended. My son and I rented a boat, and fished from the Peace River to the ICW along Boca Grande. Put 40 fish in the boat over 5 days. Used the house to cook breakfast and lunch, and dock the boat at.

We had such a wonderful stay here. Jim & Linda were so helpful throughout our 3 week stay. The location was amazing….our first day we were greeted by a dolphin playing in the lagoon! The weather was just perfect……a much needed break from our cold northeast winter.

The owner met us and gave us a walk through of the house upon our arrival. We had a pants belt stick under the agitator on the washer. Linda and her husband promptly came over and fixed the problem. We are impressed with how quickly they took care of this. It was so appreciated. Great vacation!

Great Memories

We had a great trip the property was perfect for my family. My kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. Linda provided tubes bicycles and fishing poles that kept the entire family entertained while at the house. Can’t thank Linda enough we had a wonderful vacation

Wonderful Punta Gorda Isles!

Peaceful in Punta Gorda

The location and house were great, loved the views of the water and even saw a manatee! My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock, even though he didn’t catch anything! The layout of the house was very comfortable, would recommend this to rent.

Our winter get away at this beautiful house.

We enjoyed our stay at this property that was located in a nice quiet neighborhood in Punta Gorda Isles. Linda, the host, met us at the house to show us around. She was also easy to contact if we had any issues. The house was exactly as advertised and definitely well equipped with anything we needed.
