    Conveniently located near top attractions like Laishley Park, Peace River Wildlife Center, and Port Charlotte Beach Park, this tranquil retreat places you close to beaches, local dining, shopping, and outdoor adventures, all within a 10-mile radius.



    Inside, you'll find a bright, open-concept layout filled with natural light, modern coastal décor, and all the comforts of home. Prepare delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Relax in the stylish living room, enjoy movie nights on the large smart TV, or gather around the formal dining table for memorable meals together.



    Whether you're seeking relaxation, adventure, or a little of both, this waterfront retreat offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable coastal vacation.

    Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

    Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM

    No smoking allowed in the home or surrounding property

    3 free parking spots in the driveway (NO parking on the street or grass)

    Dog-friendly (2 dogs up to 50 lbs, pet fee may apply)

    Security: Ring doorbell + exterior perimeter cameras for your safety



    The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1 through November 30, with peak activity typically occurring from mid-August through mid-October. While natural disasters are beyond our control, our policy regarding cancellations and refunds remains the same: if the home is habitable, no refunds will be issued. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added protection and peace of mind during hurricane season. If a named storm is forecast for the area, the following precautions may be taken (when possible by one person) and will remain in place until the storm has passed:

    Outdoor dock furniture will be moved to a safe location.

    Lanai furniture will be moved inside or secured against the home.

    Televisions will be unplugged.

    Trash cans will be secured against the home, unless trash pickup is scheduled within the next 48 hours.

    Ice bins will be emptied, and ice makers will be turned off in case of a power outage.

    Electric storm shutters will be closed. (Manual storm shutters are not installed.)

The house layout was great. It was very clean and maintained. The outside chairs were used daily to watch the fish jumping and we even saw dolphins multiple times. Very quiet neighborhood.

Punta Gorda Vacation

The house was in a nice neighborhood and convenient to local restaurants and downtown. The pool and pool table were nice amenities. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious and the kitchen well appointed..we enjoyed our time there!

The location is the best part of the property. We loved being on the canal, we loved being minutes away from Fisherman Village. The kids enjoyed the pool, fishing and playing pool. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean.

Clean, well-equipped home in a good location

This home was the perfect size for our family of six (kids shared bedrooms and queen beds). The kitchens and bathrooms were fully stocked and everything was very clean (felt very much like a home versus a vacation rental). We were comfortable and had a wonderful time - pool toys and bicycles would be an awesome addition.

Great home, quiet location

We rented this home for our family vacation (2 adults, 1 tween). We do not enjoy staying at hotels as we enjoy more privacy and space. This was perfect! The neighborhood was very quiet (even over the 4th of july) and the house had everything we could need. It's a short drive from the airport and close to restaurants, grocery store, etc. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Worth it!

Property was great for our small family everyone had their own space. Check in was 4pm and they were not done cleaning and we had to stand outside and wait for 1/2 an hour with a car full of grocery's after a very long travel day. We would for sure choose this house again! The pool and pool table were great for our family!
