Located just 1 mile from downtown Punta Gorda shops and restaurants, 1.5 miles from Fisherman's Village, and 1.6 miles from the airport. There is so much to do in this quaint little town. When you're not out exploring, kick back and relax in this clean and cozy home away from home. Enjoy the screened-in front porch with a good book or a boardgame with the kids. You're sure to enjoy your time here.

Can’t say enough but that it was a great experience and had a couple small issues and were resolved immediately. Was close to where I needed to be. Everything functioned. The neighborhood was so quiet you could drop a quarter and I think it would wake the neighbors. Thanks for a great experience!

Very clean and nice

The home is beautiful and very comfortable. It is located very close to the downtown Punta Gorda area, which was a huge plus. The owner of their property is very helpful and responses right away if you have any questions. I highly recommend this property. It was a very enjoyable stay

Birthday celebration

The house was a great place to stay. It was only a few minutes from where our 2/day 90th birthday celebration was. Rebecca went out of her way to make us welcomed. And we found the best breakfast restaurant in Punta Gorda.

Wonderfull Stay

This rental was superb. It's brand new! It had everything I needed it for. Super equipped. The location is a walking distance from everything. The neighborhood was super quiet and very accessible. Thanks to the Owners!
