"We enjoyed our stay at the Lodge. Liked the numerous pools and pool towels that were provided. This is an older resort and showing its age. Attention to detail is lacking. Don't mind not having the daily maid service, but have towel racks to hang the towels. Clean the mirrors in the rooms. Pick up trash around the resort. Really enjoyed the Fire and Ice pool bar, but don't make the bar maid have to run to the kitchen to get the food. Not a good resource of her time. "

"No elevators, so avoid 2nd floor. First room had loud dog(s) next door, front desk moved us to much quieter room with no delay. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Breakfast ok but attendant was sloppy and uncommunicative. Didn't use indoor pool because it had bugs and other stuff floating in it. Outdoor pool looked run-down enough we didn't bother to look at it seriously."
