Electricity is included in the stay with a daily consumption limit, calculated according to the number of bedrooms in the property:

Overage: In case of exceeding the included consumption, an additional USD 30 will be charged for each 100 kWh in excess, which may be fractioned proportionally according to the actual consumption (e.g. 50 additional kWh = USD 15). The payment will be handled by request through Airbnb.
