Overall I was pleased with the resort. The rooms were very clean and impressive. There were a few minor issues. I was in room 29-224. The door lock didn't work. The snacks and mini fridge were not restocked every day like we were told.
The selection of restaurants was very good. And the variety of activities was appreciated. We liked that the pools and the water park were not overcrowded. However, the water park needs more tubes to prevent waiting in line for some of the slides.
The beach cabanas were impressive and our server that day, Maria, was absolutely awesome.
One of the best parts of our vacation week was having our butler, Daniel, who took excellent care of us. He was always responsive to our needs and inquiries and was an immense help in booking excursions and our dinners.
We did find it difficult at times to get good information on what was included with our Diamond Club status and also what was available within the resort. An example was when I ordered a beer while having dinner at Hunters Steak House and was told that there would be an additional charge. I thought drinks were included anywhere in the resort.
