Amazing View and Minutes from the Airport

The photos do not do this place justice. Easy check-in and check out. Walking distance to restaurants. Absolutely amazing experience. I enjoyed every moment and cannot recommend the host enough. If you are coming to Punta Cana

Beautiful, fun, safe!

This is a property management company. You have to pay them separate from VRBO. The experience was great. The marina is beautiful. They even have golf carts to get you around. Highly recommend the local restaurants! Don't bother with the casino

Great location

This condo is perfectly located at the Marina.The swim out pool is great. The condo could be equipped with more tools in the kitchen. The cleanness is below average. Outdoor furniture needs to be replaced.

Enjoyed our stay but with minor improvements, this property would be exceptional

My wife and I, along with my brother and sister-in-law stayed at this property for 5 days. Overall, we had a great time but had a few glitches along the way. When we arrived at the Cap Cana Marina security gate, we were denied entry as we did not have a bar code. After contacting Heidi (the property manager) it turns out that she somehow had our arrival date listed as the following day. Heidi was very apologetic and responsive, and actually met us at the security gate and escorted us to the property. She explained to us that the property had not been cleaned as yet as she did not expect us until the following day, but quickly gave us directions to the various restaurants on the property where we could get something to eat (we'd been travelling most of the day and we were famished) while she got the property cleaned. I give Heidi credit for doing what was necessary to correct what could've been a bad situation!! The property itself and the marina in general, was quite beautiful! The view from the property deck overlooking the marina is breathtaking! Here are the "glitches" we encountered. The property was not really well stocked with what I would consider basic essentials. Before I get into the details, I must note that my wife and I travel quite frequently to Punta Cana (in fact, we're in the midst of building a villa there) and have stayed at several properties over the many years we've been travelling there. I'm giving this bit of information as it gives credence to my ability to give critical advice relative to the many other properties where I have stayed. First and foremost, despite the fact that this property and location is a gem, it is in dire need of a basic refresh. There were several walls that had stains and chipped paint. The master bedroom door lock/handle was broken and as such, could not be closed. The unit was not well stocked with some very basic essentials. We had no wash cloths in the unit and after communicating with Heidi, she informed me that this was not something that they provided. Fortunately, the Cap Cana area has many stores and there is a mall very close by. I was able to run to the mall and buy wash cloths for our stay. I must say that after staying in well over 10 other properties, this is the first property that did not provide wash cloths as part of the essentials in each bathroom, All this aside, we had a wonderful time and would certainly recommend the property to others (with the recommended minor upgrades)

Beautiful and Clean

We Stayed in Cap Cana , Punta Cana. Out condo was right on ythe ocean with a semi private pool off our patio. Condo was clean, warm and inviting, will definitely use this service agian. In fact already looking on the website fir our next vacation.

i have rented two rooms in this resort both of them wore disgusting, bathrooms smell of urine over all not clean furniture worn by moisture one of them no runing water . had 5 people in my group for 2 nights, we had to leave next day finding a new place, definitely not recommended

Beautiful Place

This place is beautiful , looks just like the pictures . The only thing I had a problem with was the listing , when I first booked it it’s states in multiple areas that it sleeps six people . I already had 5 people with me then a friend decided to come last minute and I thought okay that’s fine it sleeps six , when I contacted Heidi the Assistant , she stated that it slept 4 and they we already have 5 ppl so I explain to her about the error on the listing and sent multiple pictures showing proof of what the listing says and she states that there was a synchronization error with the VRBO APP that we booked on . Heidi then has the owner Camila message me regarding the issue Camilla kindly explain the same thing that told me I would have to bring a bed in for the 5th person which is weird, and she cannot accommodate the 6th person even tho when I booked the place the listing says 6 . This was a big inconvenience for us because we had to book another room in the same location for the 5th and 6th person ! no accommodation was made what so ever on thier behalf since it was not my fault , had the listing states 4 people was maximum to begin with I would have booked a different & bigger place . But overall the place is beautiful and breathtaking .I would reccomend for them to change their bedding a friend and I have multiple spider bites on our legs after the first night . The tv does not work ( as far as cable ) . Overall I give my stay a 3.9/5 . Thank you Camila .

AMAZING PLACE TO STAY

The place itself is amazing. Everything was nice and clean, well decorated and looked incredible. The pool was cleaned almost daily as I saw them doing while I was on the patio. The view over the marina during sunset and sunrise is to die for. The air conditioning worked great altho we didn't use it much except at night to sleep. The water pressure was amazing! One of the very few places that I stayed in the dominican republic that it felt like I was home in my own shower. You definelty don't want to miss out on this little slice of heaven. HOWEVER, the security there(im told due to covid) is ridiculous. If you are not pre-approved as staying at the villa you cannot enter the premises. Period. American airlines came to drop off my luggage to me that had been sent to the wrong country, and security wouldn't let them thru. I had a friend come to stay with me kinda last minute but I wasn't over my allowed capacity of people, security wouldn't let them in. So when you book this make sure you send every single person that is going to stay or might stay there. Otherwise its a huge hassel which the owner did take care of for me, but to save you from going thru what I did make sure you add anyone you can think of that might swing by as a registered guest. Or they will not get in. But I still gave a 5 star review cause as I said had nothing to do with the actual place we stayed in or the owner they were both amazing. I look forward to going back and staying here again post covid. Gracias

Quiet Paradise!

Wow, what a lovely place to stay! We LOVED the pool outside our back door. We enjoyed cooking some nights while others we went to a wonderful empanada restaurant. The area is super quiet, which is fine with us, and we enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend for peaceful, amazing, lovely place to stay.

What a beautiful place to spend a relaxing vacation. The apt is awesome, big, modern , impeccably clean with lots of towels and drapery. Air conditioning works perfectly. The terrace and pool is just a dream. If you plan to cook you might want to acquire some more bowls. Bring your bathroom soap too. Parking is right outside the apt. Amazing vacations. Do not miss Juanillo's beach and little John restaurant 8 minutes driving.

One of the best villas I have ever stayed at!!!!! I mean the view is beautiful, it was very clean, and very relaxing. This is now my home away from home. The staff on the resort are very friendly and helps to get you whatever you are looking for/missing.

EXCELLENT: CLEAN, WITH EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was more than perfect. We love it so much! We were 2 adults and 2 kids (10 & 6). Kids started their days in the swimming pool and finished them in the swimming pool. Everything was perfectly clean. Cap Cana Altsol is really quiet, we were almost alone. If you want music, dance and noise, I suggest you go to a resort in Punta cana. This place was like heaven on earth. Best vacation ever!
