"This was our second opportunity to stay here and once again it was a delight. The bedp were comfortable. The room was a delightful temperature when we arrived and most importantly, the bathroom was very clean. The towels were very soft too!
The location is incredibly convenient for an early flight and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and prompt.
Definitely my go-to hotel for a no-fuss night or two."

"The suite was in a good central location to Parramatta CBD. Close to Light Rail and large shopping complex an easy walk away. The river ferry was a 5 minute walk. The railway station was near the shopping complex. Metro Woolies shopping next door which had a large range of food and necessities. Nice cafes and eateries nearby.
The only problem was the lift services were slow due to breakdowns, leaving many people waiting for 10-20 minutes for the service."

"The room was disappointing for the money charged. Sheets on bed were too small so we asked for another. It was delivered unfolded and discovered it was dirty when we put it on the bed. Did not have a good night sleep feeling we were sleeping with unwashed sheets. Used washroom at street level and discovered no toilet paper in either stall (after it was too late) so had my wife retrieve some from the women's washroom. There was only one very small part roll there as well. We always stay at...
