"The host, the place, the beach, the breezes caressing us and the ocean waves lulling us to sleep were far beyond what we could have imagined. Jackie went above and beyond preparing a well-stocked pantry, sparkling clean home and stunning touches of her eye for beauty throughout the entire condo. We couldn't imagine anything better: the long, safe, and beautiful beach, the turtles, the peace, the quiet, the lovely pool ...so much. Thank you for a beautiful 2 days. "

"The ground-floor cottage is part of a four-unit complex. There are three complexes and they are adjacent to a 9-story condominium building. The sandy beach is right in front of the cottage and if you are lucky, you may see green turtles resting in the morning by the shore. The unit is very well furnished (beach towels, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, surf boards, kitchen). There is no a/c but there are plenty of fans so we felt comfortable. This part of the island has a lot of Food...

"Dave and Kristen are the perfect hosts, and their penthouse condo is the perfect place to stay! We were a party of 11 aged 9 to 70 and this was the perfect stay for all of us! The condo was comfortable and well-stocked, the beach area is perfect for sunbathing, snorkeling, and swimming. The condo was well stocked with beach and water gear also! The view is magnificent, and the unit is centrally located close to shops, restaurants and attractions. There were turtles on our beach each morning...

"House was clean. Process was good. Location on the east side of the island provides a better feel for true Hawaii and avoids the more touristy, commercial areas. I’d stay here again. "

"Turttle Bay villa was amazing. The villa was clean, had instructions about using the appliances, and information about the hotel next door. All staff was very nice and helpful. Hawaii was overall a vibe. This was my honeymoon and it was perfect. "

"Every one of the 6 mornings we woke here we absolutely reveled in the stunning waves that greeted us. You are literally on the sand! The owner was very kind and helpful, and they'd just weathered a massive storm just before our arrival, so we have to cut them some slack on the cleanliness part. This place is walking distance to pipeline, and we got to see a couple days of the WSL contest. Super cool! Very authentic local living."

"Perfect place for peace and quiet next to the beach. We had an awesome time at this beautiful accommodation. It was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach, shops, grocery stores and restaurants. The location was perfect for us. Looking forward to renting this home again as soon as we can get back! "

"We felt like we were staying in a National Park! The mountains surrounding the property are absolutely stunning. It was a very quiet and safe location for my family. There were even toys that the owner provided for our small children. The owner also let us use bikes and surfboards with no extra charge. The beach is just a short walk away. We saw some of the most beautiful sunsets we have ever seen. We now know why they call it sunset beach. This area has the true feeling of Aloha. "
