Decorated by the architecture firm Anapa Studio ©, this apartment on the 4th and last floor of a unique residence in Tahiti offers a breathtaking view of the island of Moorea.
The apartment has large volumes with a ceiling height of 3m.
Rooms have 4-star bedding .
The master bedroom of 17m2 has a king size bed and is equipped with a dressing room.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds of 90cm / 2m that can be mated to give one single king size bed.
All the equipment of the apartment is of very high quality.

The residence is located 3 minutes walk from the seaside.
The residence has a magnificent 20meters long swimming pool. The residence also has a beautiful fully equipped air-conditioned fitness room with latest generation of training equipment.
At 3mn walk from the residence, the park VAIPOOPOO offers a recreation area for children, typical food places called "Roulottes".
PAPEETE, the capital is accessible by car in 10 minutes by the RDO.
A 24/24 supermarket open 7/7 is also available within 10 minutes walk.
Marina Taina with its restaurants and diving clubs is 10 minutes walk.
Finally, 5mn to walk, you will reach a delicatessen with champagne, cheese, and wine.
Our concierge "Brice" will be at your disposal throughout your stay to answer your questions.

The condo was very comfortable and the host was very accommodating and responsive. It has a wonderful view of the ocean. Although you can walk to a store and restaurants I recommend renting a car to fully enjoy Tahiti.

The appartment was lovely and clean, great views and liked that it was a short walk to the food trucks and marina. We had an early check in due to an early flight arrival. Gaelle sent clear instructions re address and codes to get in but taxi driver took us to wrong place it took him awhile to figure out where we should be. We never heard from our concerige which made it abit tricky as we had not been toTahiti and had thought we could get advise in arranging transport and tours. This “luxury apartment” was just as advertised. It is a modern apartment with great accommodations. It has everything advertised. The only issue we had was knowing where to tell the immigration agents exactly where we were staying. We never actually got an address from the host. Having said that I may understand why. The “addresses” in Tahiti are not marked well if at all. It wasn’t too much of a hassle finding the place, but I am a fairly experienced navigator. We did however have a concierge that helped us find the place. Bless your heart Katty for your patience with us, and THANK YOU BERTRAND!!! For the amazing place to stay! The views from the fourth floor up on the hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean directly west were the perfect place to watch the sunset over the neighboring island of Moorea. Amazing!!! Just book it, you won’t regret it!

Very spacious condo with a beautiful view from the balcony of the island of Moorea. Large luxurious swimming pool & lovely clear water beaches nearby. Very lovely place to stay. My only issue was getting the exact address to find it. They gave directions, but we arrived late at night, so it was dark & hard to see signs & there are a lot of turnabouts in Tahiti (we rented a car). Magdalene was super sweet to meet us at the gas station & show us the way. When we’d go out, I would have to put the airport in my GPS to find our way back to the apartment. But we figured things out and had a really nice stay. It’s a beautiful place.

We were impressed with the great service and accommodating attitude of Bertrand and his colleagues.The apartment was spacious, clean, nicely designed with an amazing view. We loved the large pool, close proximity to the airport and terminals, and shopping.This is a highly recommended accomodation.

Great location, comfy beds. Everything works. Pool is great. Easy access - the concierge contacted me by WhatsApp just before we arrived and met us and showed us to the apartment. We even stopped at the grocery on the way. Was a great experience and she was very responsive as was the owner. Would absolutely stay again and whole heartedly recommend.

Rented for four nights before our Cruise of South Pacific. The rental is exactly as described. We enjoyed the pool and ate at several restaurants nearby and the local food truck for breakfast. These were within walking distance. The Concierge gaelle was very helpful, picking us up at the airport and providing info about food: restaurants, food trucks and grocery stores within walking distance. the only problems were getting an address useful for the immigration forms and locating, mostly solved by the concierge. On the last day, the dryer stopped working and with no time left for repair. The locks were a bit difficult to get used to especially for leaving. Concierge made taxi res for our departure. Gaelle was most helpful.

My family and I booked this apartment for an 11 night stay in Tahiti. The apartment was perfect, the view is spectacular, and the location is close to restaurants and grocery stores. My husband and I stayed here for a week and were so glad we chose this beautiful property. Well appointed and the view was spectacular. Brice greeted us and went over the things we needed to know and helped us plan a special dinner reservation. We did rent a car for our stay and I must say, the driving is pretty crazy! Highly recommend.

Really loved staying at the apartment in Tahiti! We enjoyed the spectacular sunset views over Moorea and appreciated that we could walk to some delicious food trucks as well as to the grocery store. Apartment was clean and had all the amenities. Our only frustration was finding the apartment. Since there are no street names or numbers, it would have helped to know exactly what we were looking for. Ie a large locked gate off the main road with a “V” on it…! Maybe we were just tried, but it was confusing.

My fiancé and I booked this lovely apartment during our recent stay in Tahiti. The space was beautiful, convenient, private and comfortable. Our concierge, Brice, was professional and personable. He helped us find places to eat even after we left the area - truly above and beyond service! I highly recommend this beautiful apartment.

Brice was very helpful., upon entering and exiting property. I would suggest a tad more stocking, like a roll of paper towels and a couple extra rolls of TP. A guide to point out plug ins would also be helpful in bedrooms. However, the view was gorgeous and it was close to main road. Thanks to Brice for all his help.

The host was very responsive and helped us book a taxi for our return trip to the airport which was amazing. Property is in a great location with an fantastic view of Moorea and facing the sunset. Food trucks were right down the hill for lunch and were very good. I’d recommend the property.

Die Kommunikation, der Empfang und die Begleitung von Brice waren hervorragend. Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Leider konnten wir den tollen Balkon überhaupt nicht genießen, wegen omnipräsenten Lärms der Küstenstrasse. Sie ist so stark befahren, dass sie in der Beschreibung des Objekts erwähnt werden sollte. Der Karte von Google-Maps kann man nicht entnehmen wie laut die Straße ist.
