Sunny beachfront property with private beach access to beautiful Pukehina Beach

Sensational views from a recently renovated Kiwi Bach with expansive windows letting you take it all in and letting the beautiful Bay of Plenty sunshine inside. Sit back and unwind on the deck and look out over the beach and watch the kids swimming. Wake up in the morning and look out on the ocean from the Queen bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and the large third bedroom has one set of bunks, a king single bed and a trundler bed. Send the kids to play in the huge second lounge equipped with Xbox on rainy days.

Great fishing right on your doorstep. Kayak available for use. Unlimited Wifi included (bring your own Netflix account). Tennis courts available.

Pukehina is just 15 minutes from Te Puke and 20 minutes from the beautiful wedding venue of Old Forest School. Te Puke Golf Course is just 10 minutes away. Close by are Mt Maunganui and Tauranga (30 minutes), and Rotorua & Whakatane (45 minutes). The local BP station is 5 mins away.

Check in time is 2.30pm and checkout time is 10am (unless by prior arrangement). Off street parking.

Please bring your own Linen, Towels & tea towels. Alternatively, we can offer to provide linen for you at an additional charge of $20 per person. Please specify on booking request.

A $200 security deposit is held for this property and will be returned to you following inspection by property manager after your departure.

Ideal!

This was an absolutely beautiful getaway! The location in the dune above the beach gave an amazing view with continual sea breezes and a quiet atmosphere that was the epitome of rejuvenation. A kindly neighbor greeted us on arrival with very helpful advice and made us feel most welcome. Truly, my only regret is that we could not stay longer. This was amazing!

Amazing place to stay

Great place with amazing views. Communication with host was great. Fun games room for the kids. Right on the beach , couldn’t ask for more . Would definitely recommend and we will be staying again :)

Wedding accomodation

Loved staying here. We had this place for the groomsmen to relax on Friday night before the wedding and then great photos in the morning and a nice easy distance to the venue at Old Forest School. We then needed to extend the stay which Hayley was able to arrange within minutes which was super helpful. The rooms are spacious and an amazing view of the water. Will definitely stay again

Beautiful views. Great owner

Super clean property. Exactly matches the photos. The deck view is as stunning as the photos. The owner was amazing to work with. We unexpectedly needed to extend our stay and Hayley was so incredibly helpful! I would definitely stay here again. And recommend the snapper and chips from the takeaway.

Needs work

Good communication with host. Great location and right on the beach, however this property let itself down with some areas lacking In cleanliness eg: inside oven, stained sheets & mould on window sills in kitchen to name a few things. Great old school kiwi Bach but feel it’s priced as a 5 star accomodation property and definitely not 5 star.

Dissapointed but overall good stay

On arrival the lockbox code had been changed and I was not notified. Thankfully a neighbour came to our rescue who had the new code, he was waiting on a tradie. The barbeque did not work and was not clean! The one bedroom had an awful smell which i discovered was the mattress protector. We removed it and flipped the mattress over. As we were leaving the cleaning lady stopped and I passed on this information. She said that 2 seperate bookings had happened and she was not called in to clean for either. We pay for cleaning but seems its not been done? After all this we really enjoyed our stay and location.
