"My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed La Finca Azul, and especially the family whose vision it is -- including Nacho, Oli, and Cece, the three dogs. I've stayed in agroturismos in Italy, and this was a very similar experience, complete with the fabulous food. I'm pretty sure Italy doesn't offer swimming by yourself in a mountain stream surrounded by the echoes of howler monkeys. "

"This place is exotic! 6 of us stayed here with plenty of space. The first day some of our group was ill and so we stayed in most of the day. It still felt like an exotic vacation. The views of the jungle, the wild life, and the plants are amazing on this property. We loved how much character the property and house has! The beds were so comfortable. "Our group of two families stayed here on our way from San Jose to Manzanillo on the Caribbean side. It was close to the airport, easy to find, beautiful and clean, and in the perfect location. Our host was friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay here again!"

"The property is appointed nicely with all of its furnishings and decor. Very comfortable. No issues whatsoever except that my gps thought it was on the other side of the street....LOL...but once I figured that out it was a breeze - and certainly not the property owners fault."

"The apartment is great and had everything we needed! The decor is very nice as well and I love the nice touches of art/style throughout the apartment and the grounds and pool. There are 2 apartments that are attached to one another but there is some clear separation so unless you’re outside using the pool, there really isn’t much issue with privacy.
