Studio Apartment #3 has two balconies, one facing the waterfront and a smaller balcony facing eastward and Gaviota street. The balcony has a Parota table and two chairs, plus a lounge chair. This second-floor apartment is bathed in natural light, and with our hillside location, provides a great panoramic water and tropical forest view. Its open architecture features traditional beamed ceilings.
