The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and private access to a shared bathroom, making it perfect for family members or guests.
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals and enjoying them in a peaceful natural setting. Step out onto your private terrace to savor the gentle breeze, a morning coffee, or a sunset drink, all surrounded by the soothing calm of nature.

Located in the prestigious Avalon building, unit 107 combines privacy with direct access to the building’s top amenities — including the gym, pools, and Sky Bar.
Please note that respect for tranquility is essential within Avalon. Excessive noise, loud music, or any disturbance to other residents is not allowed, both in the apartments and in common areas.
For safety, glass containers are prohibited in pool areas — please use cans or plastic cups. Only personal headphones are permitted for music; amplified speakers or boom boxes are not allowed.
Do not hang clothes, towels, or swimsuits on balcony glass or furniture.
After using the gym, please wipe down the equipment with the provided spray and paper towels. Gym hours are from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm.

HOUSE RULES – AVALON 107
CHECK-IN:
From 3:00 PM. Our concierge LEONARDO will welcome you personally. In case of a late arrival, self check-in instructions will be provided.

CHECK-OUT:
By 11:00 AM.

CLEANING:
Cleaning is included at check-out.
If you wish additional cleaning during your stay, we can gladly arrange a cleaning service (extra cost 30 USD ).

VISITORS:
Visitors are allowed with prior authorization from 9AM to 11PM.
Please note: overnight stay is limited to 4 guests in total.

ELECTRICITY
The reservation includes 25 kWh per day. ( Is enough for normal use )
A photo of the electric meter will be taken at check-in and check-out; any excess consumption will be charged at the official CFE rate.
Please help us save energy by turning off lights and air conditioning when you are not using it.

GENERAL RULES:
Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
Please keep music and noise at a moderate level at all times, especially after 11 PM and before 9 AM.
Respect the property and the tranquility of the Avalon community.

PETS AND SERVICE ANIMALS:
Up to two small pets or one medium-sized pet are allowed per stay. Pets must always be leashed and under control, with no access to common areas except while in transit. Please pick up and dispose of waste properly. Furniture covers are provided—thank you for using them.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Please note that the bathtub in the master bathroom is currently not in use. Also, the glass doors have a unique mechanism that requires a bit of patience when opening or closing them fully. Thank you for your understanding!
