This was my second stay this year while visiting Palawan. Honestly, the main reason I've stayed here is because it is almost walking distance from the friends that I'm visiting. Positives include the proximity to Robinsons Mall & nearby restaurants. Also, they have a good generator which was very helpful when we had all day blackouts for 2 days in a row. The staff was very accomodating in moving me to a connecting room on the first floor so my disabled friend could stay for a few days in the room next door. The parking is good with plenty of spaces for cars & motorcycles. The negatives are that my neighbors room had a TV with blurs & lines in the screen. He had no TV remote, so they "fixed" the problem by taking the remote from another room (LOL). My original room before I was transferred had a broken TV that did not work at all. Also, housekeeping did not clean the room during the 4 days that I stayed there.

This hotel is a great place to stay if only staying for one or two nights. The location is fantastic. It is very convenient to Robinson’s. It is not an upscale hotel by any means. The staff is OK. The rooms are clean.

The room was in adequate, but not great condition. The view from my room was primarily the back of the hotel's sign facade. Also, the window had a crack in the glass (although this was not such a big deal since I kept the curtains closed due to no view because of the hotel's sign). It was convenient to have Robinson's Mall next door, within walking distance. They had a restaurant, but I did not eat there since there were plenty of good dining options in the area.

I like the proximity for good food ease of transportation to anywhere in Puerto. Good price, air conditioning, hot showers, and decent beds, though a little firm for my liking. Could be better with proper pest control to get rid of ants, would be nice to have a refrigerator in room, and the bathrooms could use some repair with the toilet seats being loose.

It was ok, Just go out to eat.

The hotel was ok, the mall was close by. The restaurant, service was very slow and it seem like they cooked the dished we ordered one at a time because that's how we got our food, one dish we ordered they forgot tyo cook, as we asked about how much longer it will take to get it, just to find out they where out.
