You get what you paid for. We walked out of the one a la carte restaurant (Melt) as it was so bad - took one bite of the appetizer and left. The buffet didn’t change the entire week we were there. Food was not great, barely ate the whole trip & came home extremely hungry / was sick a lot from being hungry. The Mexican & Italian restaurant weren’t too bad (at least edible). The AC worked half the time, so everything in the room was damp & warm from humidity. There was only one bar on the property, so we were waiting in line for a drink on average from 5-10 minutes, sometimes more. The wifi worked half the time as well, kept cutting in and out, would work for 5 minutes then wouldn’t. Would connect to one of our devices, and not the other (not the end of the world, but as someone that works online/remote - this was frustrating) The staff were nice enough…. Honestly, I wouldn’t go back to this resort - probably worst all inclusive I’ve been too.
