Casita can sleep 4 with its Queen size bed & hide-a-bed sofa. We will lease this home as a 4 bedroom 4 bath for the listed nightly rate. Or you can add the Casita Apartment making room for up to 4 more guests as a 5bdrm 5 bath home.

Just a few steps to the beach WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY HIGH OCEANFRONT RENTAL RATES. Other homes directly on the beach have rental rates at $125 to $175 more per night per bedroom.
(This home would be $650- $700 per night if oceanfront)
Casa Margarita is a Show Stopper!" Built in 2010. Very New for a beach home.
Sleeps 14 in beds but can accommodate more children. The posted rental rate is for 12 people. At $25 or less a head per night you cannot beat this price and quality.
We can add more guests than 12. This will carry a $20 a head nightly rental. This fee is to cover the extra expenses for a large group and the use of The Detached Private Casita. **If more guests decide to come, just let Management know. We will gladly accommodate with the additional rental fee.



The entry courtyard is lovely and comfortable. Built in fireplace and Charcoal BBQ for relaxing outside with the fresh ocean breezes. There is an exterior shower off station.
The 5th full bathroom opens to the courtyard as well. Use this bathroom from outside without having to go through the house.
We have an exterior shower as well.

We DO ALLOW house trained dogs.

Words cannot describe the beautifully hand laid tile artwork in each bathroom. Comfortable beds. Large rooms. Updated furniture.

THE MASTER SUITE is grand. Opens to the 2nd floor margarita deck with amazing ocean views & Traditional Boveda Ceiling.

Hide from the kids or just enjoy quite reading time by the picture windows and Margarita deck.

Across the hallway is a bookcase with games, books & the game room with Foos Ball Table
Can accommodate 4 kids or tweens on its 2 full size Futon sofas. + You can BYO air mattresses. Great kid's hangout or 5th bedroom. The bathroom for this room is just down the steps and opens out to the entry courtyard.

The Guest Bedroom has a King bed is on 1st floor is cozy, well appointed, & a private bath.

Kid's Room is downstairs too. Private bath with amazing tile work.
Featuring Panga Boat Trundle Beds. Sleeps 4 kids or 2 to Teens, & a toddler. The pack n Play is in this room.
We have a nice Cubby for the Pack n Play & toddlers.

Once you have visited Casa Margarita, you will have found your "Forever Beach Rental Home" & will go home with some money still in your wallet!

If this House was a Margarita it was made with CLASE AZUL DIA DE LOS MUERTOS TEQUILA!!! Top notch!!

We checked in on Thursday Night, the driving directions were spot on and house was easy to find!! The house was everything that it was advertised as and more( the decorative tile work was amazing) Everything that we needed was there

Loved Casa Margarita!

Casa Margarita Playa la Jolla was the perfect place for our family's first visit to Rocky Point. We were concerned that this home was a ways from town, but we enjoyed the whole experience. We could run to town when we wanted the city experience, but staying close to the beach was fantastic! We had the beach to ourselves, and the beach was the cleanest beach we have ever been to. The kids loved finding the beautiful variety of shells and playing in the sand. We also went to the tide pools in Playas Los Conchas. The home exceeded our expectations. We loved having beautiful tiled bathrooms and gorgeous ceilings. The courtyard was great for the children. We also loved the rooftop in the early mornings and evenings, where we could enjoy the breezes and views of the ocean. Our host was very helpful and quick to respond. We definitely want to return.

A great place to relax

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Pros1. Great communication2. hassle free check-in3. Internet speed is pretty good4. Wonderful property. Pictures don't don't justify. Well stocked5. You will definitely feel safe securedThings that can be improved1. While the listing pin shows it is on Playa Miramar, it is actually in Playa La Jolla. The PDF directions are good but can definitely been made better by highlighting the route. We actually didn't have to go through the cumbersome directions provided by the host, once we understood what the directions are in PDF. Since we are well prepared, we didn't have any issuesThings that my fellow travelers need to know1. The location and property is absolutely great if you have a car. There are no restaurants or anything near by. You will need to go into the city - 20-30 mins drive. 2. It's a private beach and hence very relaxing3. Overall you have good roads. Be careful of the road conditions if you plan to drive at night. Both my rims were busted as I went through a huge pothole on Fremont Road. There are no street lights either on Freemonth Road or Playa Encanto Road.

The perfect host and rental.

There is nothing negative to say about staying at Casa margarita. The location is minutes from a quiet beach, the hosts are very responsive and willing to help with anything. If you are goin for rocky point stay here!!!

Loved this house

This was perfect for a big group. Right by the beach and we were impressed with everything that was supplied in the house. Everything you could need, except bring your own beach chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had enough room for every one. It’s about 20 mins from town but we didn’t mind. We would stay here again for sure.

Peaceful and beautiful vacation

Amazing property and beach

We stayed at Kim’s place and it was our first trip to PP. it’s off the beaten path and away from town but it’s secluded beach and amazing space is perfect! You get some vendors on the beach which is nice since you are not in town but it’s not overwhelming. The house has plenty of hangout spaces and bathrooms for each room too. We will make this an annual trip for sure!

We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful. We really enjoyed the courtyard area. We stay have rented many places and this was the first one that had all the amenities you could ask for. Would love to stay here again.

A reprieve from the bustle of downtown

If you are looking for a clean comfortable place w beautiful tile work that is a bit outside of the heavy tourist area in rocky point, this is it. Kim was very communicative and was on top of every question or concern. There was a slight mechanical issue with the split unit AC but it was handled as quickly as possible and fair monetary restitution made without needing to haggle. Loved the private beach too!!

Fantástico!

Wow! What a great property! The location is fantastic; it’s second row from the beach, but takes a 60-second walk to be in the ocean. The beach is one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. You can walk for miles and the sunsets are unbelievable. The home itself is beautiful and comfortable, supplied with everything we needed for our visit. The bedrooms are lovely; the en suite bathrooms are off-the-chart. The tile work is so artfully done. Beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. The home is large enough for everyone to have their own space and quiet time. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt absolutely safe; there are two security gates to go through to get to the home. Kim was a great resource for us; she got us to the property with great directions and was quickly responsive with a few questions that we had. We certainly enjoyed our time at Casa Margarita and will definitely come back!
