It is located just inside of Las Conchas, a premier residential community.
Las Conchas has the most Peaceful, Beautiful Beaches.
They are Clean, Quiet, Not Crowded, Private, Sandy, and Expansive
You can still walk on the beach without running into anyone!
The Home is Second Tier…..It is located 50 feet from the beach.. With Beautiful Views!
Just minutes (5) to downtown Puerto Penasco, (Rocky Point).
This is a Large, Comfortable, Roomy Four Bedroom Beach Home.
Very Relaxing!
Streaming High Speed Internet with Roku in every room.
Casa de Familia also has three levels:
FIRST LEVEL: (street) is the Garage and One Bedroom with a NEW King Bed, Full Bathroom with Shower, TV w/Roku for Steaming and DVD for Movie.
SECOND LEVEL: is the Living Room, Kitchen and Dining Room area with its Beautiful Boveda ceiling.
The Kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, except your food and personal items.
Living Area has Large Television with Roku for streaming and DVD Player w/movies.
Dining Room Table and Chairs.
Second level also has the Master Bedroom with a NEW King Bed, Full Bathroom with Shower and TV w/Roku for Streaming and DVD Movies.
Second Bedroom is a Jack and Jill Bedroom with a NEW Double Bed and a NEW Twin Bed, Full Bathroom with Shower/Tub that is shared with the Third Bedroom and is in the Hallway outside of the Bedrooms. TV w/Roku for Streaming and DVD Movies.
Third Bedroom has a NEW King Bed. TV w/Roku for Streaming and DVD Movies.
THIRD LEVEL: is the Margaretta Deck with incredible views of the sea and breath-taking views of the sunsets.
Casa Sleeps 8 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans for everything, a coffee maker, blender, microwave and toaster. Linen for all the beds and towels. Beds are new and so comfortable!
Awesome Electric Grill (Upstairs) and a Charcoal Grill (Downstairs)

Excellent location and gorgeous house

This is the second year we have gone to this location for a family vacation. Everything has always gone smoothly and everyone has an amazing time. We will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend this house and location to others

It lacks basic cleaning. Pet hair all over beds, bath towels are atrocious, mop is disgusting, no outside lighting makes it impossible to enjoy evening dinners outdoors, we love this house, unfortunately it does not meet the basic cleanliness standards. No deodorizers to give a pleasant clean smelling ambiance. The fridge has old expired food and the kitchen towels are dingy and discolored!

Property was great, clean, spacious. Only downsides were the rooms were hot as the AC has a tough time cooling the whole house, more outside furniture, and a real grill would have been the icing on the cake.

Great home, great communication!

The check in was super easy. The road to get to the home is mostly dirt/sand so be prepared to have a dirty car when you leave. The kitchen/living space are spectacular, the house cools down fairly quickly. We had one issue the first night with the AC in the bedrooms not working (all the upper level bedrooms, lower level bedroom split unit AC was working). I spoke with the local home manager, Chino, and messaged the owner and they were very quick to get someone out to fix the AC. The stairs are something to watch out for with little ones. There is no handrail on the stairs in the garage leading into the kitchen. During our stay, there was construction going on a house nearby so the walk to the beach was littered with concrete and construction material. It wasn't horrible, but I had all members of my family where water shoes in the sea to avoid getting hurt. The beach is not crowded at all. There were quite a few vendors that come by to sell various things. We enjoyed the fresh fruits and alcoholic drinks at the beach. If you buy the drinks, be sure to bring a water bottle with additional liquor. the drinks they brought tasted like they didnt have any. The fruits were great, but a bit pricey. We also had a massage on the beach that was amazing and well priced. The out door shower and lower level bathroom were a great convenience since we had young kids with us. Overall, the trip was amazing and the home topped it off. Thanks to all!

So close to the beach

Great beach access is the best part of this property! Right across the street and one house over. The beach in this section of Las Conchas is nice and sandy too. The house was great with three bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. The fourth bedroom and bathroom are downstairs off of the garage and completely segregated from the rest of the house. Great if you have a loud snorer in the family! The only downside to this house is the A/C. Notes on both units to instruct you not to turn it below 75 but neither one ever got that low. It was so hot at night!

Great Vacation home

Beautiful home in gorgeous and private Las Conchas. We had a great family vacation with ages 20's through 50's and everyone loved it. The decks are amazing, steps to the beach and only minutes from a market and restaurants/bars. We really enjoyed grilling on the deck with margaritas. We are already planning our next visit.

Fabulous location and great house!

We loved the location of the property! The house was very large and had all of the amenities that we needed. We were just a short walk to the ocean. Our children loved playing in the water. We will definitely book this house in the future.

Easter weekend 2023

They say don’t judge a book by it’s cover and thats what should be said of this property. The outside is pretty rough being that it does have any useable outside area(backyard side yard front yard). We didn’t end up barbecuing there for that reason. The only area to barbecue with charcoal grill is the front driveway. The electric barbecues on main floor deck are very dirty and weathered(rusty). The inside is very beautiful and well maintained. The person in charge is property was awesome and very communicative. She answered very quick which was great. Our stay there was great and would definitely recommend to friends and family!!!! Thank you for everything!!!

Great House in Paradise!

This is a terrific home that we would love to return to again & again. The home is so much more beautiful than the pictures convey - it’s modern, clean and gorgeous. I love that every room has a bathroom and the kitchen is well equipped. The beach is a 1 minute (probably less for most people) walk away and the house has ocean views thanks to the vacant lot across the street. We loved it!

Lovely house & great location

House had everything we needed! Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Very clean with all kitchen amenities. Owners are extremely communicative and had zero issues with check-in. House is literally steps from beach. I would definitely recommend this home & we will stay here again.

Great roomy place.

Nice home a minute walk to the beach. Very spacious and comfortable. Manager is responsive and flexible. The home has 2 main AC units and one was not working. Chino came over in less than an hour to take a look and had AC repairman over right away to fix it! This was on the weekend to boot! The other unit kept the house cool so it wasn't even a problem. Great home, great management!

Very Nice home

This home was very nice-great location - close to the beach - . The hostess info and directions were on point. It has everything we needed except washer / dryer. Also, we didn’t use the grill - extremely dirty ( I’m assuming from last tenants). But overall property was nice.

The Home was great my family loved it, n a couple of rooms is a rocking chair which was perfect for putting the little ones down for a nap or to bed, easy to find we enjoyed our stay for sure no real issues owner was very responsive
