Only minutes from Peñasco's restaurants, shops, and nightlife, this third floor condo at Princesa Resort is right at the heart of all that is fun in Rocky Point. This condo is generously sized to accommodate at least two people in the one bedroom with a king bed, and it also has a sofa/sleeper in the living room for two additional people. It has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and 42-inch flat-screen smart TV with Blue Ray, Netflix, and YouTube. It has everything you need for an enjoyable, relaxing stay, including daily maid service.

The Resort has 24/7 secured parking, a convenience store, restaurant, sand volley ball, and three swimming pools.

Very nice clean condo with great ocean views. Had everything we needed except you need to bring your own beach towels which it mentioned in the instructions before you arrive. Very quiet and easy check in process.If you have verizon phone service it didn’t work that great without WiFi at all only when connected to WiFi. The bed was very comfortable also.

Felt like I went back to 1991

I was blown away by the amount of dated items in this not clean condo. I love princesa but this condo was not good. Let me start by staying the pull out bed mattress was so old it looked like a pringles chip.The MASTER bed’s comforter was also dated and felt like an old moving blanket that was kept in a dusty garage. The walls in the entire condo were also so dirty.and had a layer of dust on it. Last but not least the tv in the MASTER bedroom was literally an artifact! The “tv” was a grey 8 inch tube tv that I needed a pair of binoculars to view from the bed. the tv had a vhs player built in . If I knew the condo was this dated I would’ve worn a tie die shirt and bell bottom pants!

Lovely Place On Beach

Nice, quiet place on beach. A coupe of things would improve it. Replace blinds in bedroom with black out curtains. Provide coffee, for the coffee maker. Instructions for using the RC and cable. The smart tv, in the bedroom doesn’t apparently work, unless you have streaming of some kind.

Great Retreat on the Beach

Room and Condo were amazing. Clean, well cared for, amenities aplenty. Pools were clean, easy beach access, nobody harassing you to buy. Security all over Condo site. Restaurants close. No easy way to get to harbor area unless you drive. Better than other condo's I've stayed in Mexico.

Very Nice Place

Perfect place for two people. Kitchen had everything you would ever need. A bar of soap in the bathroom would have been nice. But the chairs on the patio need something on the feet. Very noisy when you move them. Every time I did I was afraid I was waking up the whole complex.

Great Stay!!!

Absolutely satisfied with this condo, cleanliness and location were the two things worth noting. The only thing that did not work properly was the wifi and the televison programs, both were slow and unable to load properly. Other than thay excellent stay!!!!

Our Daughter's wedding trip with family

we arrived Thursday, left Monday. Facility very clean, bed was sooooo comfortable. I don't usually sleep well, but I did in this condo. I loved the view, loved the ability to cook and enjoy our coffee. Coffee pot, not keurig pod, but not a biggie. I came equipped for both. Forgot coffee filters, but the paper towels provided were quite useful as a filter. Stay was wonderful!

This is a nice complex with good parking, nice pools and easy beach access. It its also safe secure and well maintained. On the negative side, the unit here is a little dated and not equipped with any extras. The furniture is old. The kitchen is not equipped for eating in or cooking. The internet was spotty or non existent for our stay though there may have been some issues in the complex in general. The TV is old, and does not have a lot of programming available for American visitors. There was no communication on how to access the internet (password)or access the TV channels. There was also no communication on how to get the key. The guard at the parking entrance gave us out wristbands but did not tell us that we needed to go around the building to another building to check in and get the key. I had a choice between multiple units and would have probably chosen a different one if I did it again.

Great staff

The staff here are top notch. Front desk was very helpful. The cleaning staff does a fantastic job. Everything on the property was so clean and smelled so freah. The cantina crew served up great food and drink. I would stay here again if I return to the area.
