Casa de Windsor- Playa Encanto

The house and beach are beautiful. 4 bedroom house and beautiful patio plus upper deck. All right on the beach. All amenities provided, kitchen well stocked. Really loved the fire table on the patio.. We will stay here again. Very welcoming environment. Will bring a group next time.

GREAT STAY FOR A LONG WEEKEND

The property is in an excellent location -- away from the noisier crowds but not so far as to be inconvenient when needing something from in town. Plenty of space, well-stocked kitchen and a perfect beach right outside the door! Couldn't be beaten!

Encanto Beach

We loved our stay! The Beach is beautiful and private. Felt very comfortable letting the kids in/out in their own we were able to relax the home is fully stocked, with all kitchen items, towels, soap, extra towels blankets. Beds super comfy, 2 bedrooms w Ocean beach views. Easy to deal with property manager, and We had small issue W Sink, She sent someone within 15 min. We Will definitely return.

Fun by Sea of Cortez

Going to RP for years and years. Always looking for a place that welcomes dogs and we found this place. Spacious, comfortable, and right on the beach. What else is needed?! Thanks for a great place to stay.

Sea Escape

This was a week of pure escape and relaxing. House was beautiful, clean, well stocked and easy for pets. For the first time ever in RP, I didnt want to leave the house for a town adventure. Loved rooftop deck where we watched the sun set every night. Hosts Barney and Kim were friendly and responsive. You will love Casa Windsor!

Beautiful house and views

The house was amazing, clean, spacious, and just as described. We had 4 adults, 3 teenagers, and 2 kids. We had plenty of space and didn’t feel crowded. The house is fully stocked and well equipped with everything you need. The patio views are amazing. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home on the beach.

Great house. Great beach. Flies were a thick and continuous nuisance on the patio. Biting bugs every evening. Rare small problems for this beach. The a/c and Sea of Cortez kept us comfortable.

Private, Relaxing and Special Property

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Windsor. The home is very well stocked with items that previous guests have left behind (i.e. paper products, coffee, cooking supplies, etc). While in the instructions you receive remind you to bring many things, we found the house to be very well stocked. The pictures do not do it justice, the home is even prettier upon arrival. There is only one master, and with three families staying together, asking the other two families to share the one other bath was a bit tight, wouldn’t do that again (property says sleeps 12, we had 10, not sure how 10 people are expected to share the one small bathroom). Owner was very responsive and easy to get a hold of with any questions. Overall, we recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in Puerto Encanto that is about 20 minutes south of Puerto Penasco. Fun that many locals offer massage, banana boat rides, and local trinkets and hair braiding. The kids loved that! There is also a beverage/snack hut at the property entrance where they can deliver food/drinks to you on the beach, the Pina Coladas were yummy and fancy.

Amazing Home

Great place right on the beach

The place was just as advertised. The check in/check out was very easy. The property manager was very helpful, she helped us get massages on the patio over looking the beach. The beach house has all an the amenities to make a great vacation. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great place for families

Beautiful location off of the beaten path! Really enjoyed the opportunity to relax and feeling like we practically had the beach to ourselves. Casa Windsor is spacious and comfortable. Perfect for family get-togethers.

Perfect Rocky Point Beach House!

We had a group of 10 family members stay here for 3 nights in March. When we arrived the house was very clean, and the view of the ocean was gorgeous! We felt safe and relaxed during our stay, and everything we needed was provided! Kim was very responsive to all of our questions, and it was a great experience!

Perfect vacation getaway

The beach home was lovely. Great location. Kimberly and her husband were very attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Beach was beautiful and peaceful. No crowds. Just a few people and lots of wildlife.

Away from it all

Beautiful House on a fantastic beach. We stayed here for one whole week and we would love to come back soon. The beach and water were super clean. The kids boogie boarded all day. The sand dollars and shells were abundant. The tides move in and out 50-70 yards leaving all kinds of treasures behind. The house was perfect for our family of four + 1 dog, but could easily accommodate 4-6 more. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable. Great video library and Netflix. But the shooting stars and milky way from the roof top deck at night were the real show. Only caveats for us was the occasional visits from a Wyllie Coyote right around sunset and, being that we were there right after a monsoon cycle, the mosquitos and heat/humidity (which cleared up48hrs later) were quite formidable. Thanks for the wonderful stay Kim!

Wonderful experience!

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The hosts were very responsive, check-in was seamless, the house was clean and well-equipped. The beach in front of the house is beautiful and clean, and the entire family enjoyed the stay. While the Playa Encanto is a bit of a drive from town, we were spending most of our time on the beach anyway, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Highly recommended, and we’d stay here again!

Gorgeous Beach and house!

The pictures do not do the property justice. It is definitely much nicer than it looks. The beach is literally at your feet and if you have kids it’s perfect because it’s a very shallow beach and has lots of shells. People come by with banana boats and jet skis if you want, even masseuese’s are traversing the beach. Even with all that, you have so much privacy. All in all we had a great trip! Will definitely do it again!

AMAZING BEACHOUSE

This was by far the BEST vacation I have been on, and it was mainly due to this amazing home and location. Kim is so wonderful to work with and takes care of anything you need. My family and friends and 2 dogs stayed here and absolutely LOVED it! The private beach is absolutely gorgeous and the house felt like a family home. We will definitely be staying here every time we come to Mexico!!
