This beautiful new 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath house is located on Puerto Morelos on a quiet Private Residential with 24/7 Security personnel only 1.5 miles from the beach and town square. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioned in all rooms, and private parking, it also has a small swimming pool where you can cool down and relax. The residential has a fitness park if you want to work out and Zen Park where you can relax and read a book surrounded by nature.

Everything in the home was fantastic. The host and property manager were top notch. The house was beautiful, comfortable and relaxing. The neighborhood was a perfect spot...a quick trip to the beach and into Colonia, depending on if you turned right or left at the main road. Honestly, my family wants to move to PM and live here forever!

Excellente résidence. Je recommande fortement

La résidence est plus belle sur place que sur photos. La maison était vraiment propre à notre arrivée. Toutes les pièces sont spacieuses. La cuisine est bien équipé. Le bbq est au charbon de bois. Prendre note que la piscine extérieure prend la majorité de l’espace extérieur arrière. La communication avec Angela été excellente et Susy la gérante de l’hébergent à été fantastique en répondant à tout nos questions et demandes. seule chose que nous avons moins aimé, est que nous étions à 1 km de marche du transport par autobus. Il faut donc marcher ou prendre le taxi pour aller à la plage ou l’épicerie.Un gros merci à Susy et Angel.

INMEJORABLE

Hemos disfrutado de la casa una semana mi esposa y dos niños (15 y 13). Susana es la persona que recibe a los huespedes y es muy atenta amable y diligente. La propiedad mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos, está muy limpia ordenada equipada y muy cuidada. Una vez instalados enseguida te percatas que el propietario ha cuidado hasta el último detalle para que te encuentres como en tu propia casa. La zona es muy tranquila y vigilada 24/7. La valoración es 10 sobre 10. INMEJORABLE. Volveremos seguro.

Nice place!

We had a fun time. Susie the property manager was great. She helped us with a lot of information. She came right away when our water wasnt hot and changed the shower head. She also helped with a rental car and local eateries. I would recommend renting this house.

Cute private home in Puerto Morelos

The property was perfect. We were surprised that the small private pool was actually refreshing. That was a wonderful treat. The home is easy to access and conveniently located. The guard station kept my driver's license for our entire stay which was very odd to me and stressed me out when driving. I hope they revise that process by simply making a copy or something. The home was clean, well cared for, and comfortable. The sheets in the master were extremely pilled the first night (to the point where they woke me up when moving around by scratching my legs). The property manager was great about that though and came over immediately the next morning to swap them out with another bed. We slept perfectly after that! The only other negative was the property manager's insistence on meeting us upon check-in and check-out. Due to the way we try to continuously explore the various areas we stay in while on vacation, this caused me some anxiety. We were driving up from Bacalar and wanted to stop and see as much as we could along the way. I dont like having schedules or obligations to others while enjoyng the freedoms of vacation. It turned out ok as she did agree to set up a contactless arrival which worked perfectly. The departure, she was planning to come as we were scheduled to leave. We ended up deciding to clean our rental car before the airport so left prior to her coming over. We are glad we did. Getting my ID back from the front took a lot longer than anticipated.

Simply Perfect

Well equiped home and perfectly located for our family trip. Only 25 min south of Cancun and 45 min away from Playa del Carmen. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, and 3 minutes away from Puerto Morelos beach. Gated community with 24 hr security gives peace of mind. Communication with owner as well as property manager was extremely pleasant. Both willing to help with any questions. Our family absolutely enjoyed our 10 day stay. Would most definitely stay here again and recommend this home to you reading this!

Amazing vacation

The home was perfect for us, exactly as shown in the pictures. Some spaces were even bigger than they appeared. The private pool was perfect on the extra hot days to keep us cool. The kitchen had everything we needed including a bbq/smoker out back. Susana was wonderful, she brought us water as our water bottle was getting close to empty. She was only a text away to assist with anything we needed. The gated community is perfect, the staff at the gate were always very friendly. The owner, Angel, answered all our questions leading up to our trip. We will definitely be back, Puerto Morelos is beautiful. Thank you both Angel and Susana. Susana you are very lovely. Nice quiet property

Wr stayed for 18 days. The property was convenient to the supermarket, a short bike ride to the beach, close to the ado pick up bus stop. I liked having our own private pool. The A/C worked very well. It has a washer and dryer. There was a small problem with little ants on the counter top, bit we just cleaned with vinegar and that helped a bit. I'd stay there again.

Amazing Experience

Well equipped home

This home was clean and equipped for our needs. I was extremely impressed on how equipped the kitchen was. If you are a cooker and plan to eat inhouse . This would be great. Wonderful communication with host and she speaks English. Very nice and comfortable. The pool was clean. And wifi is fast. Grocery store is 10 min walk. And beach is 37 min walk. However, 5 minutes in car. Pesos is best for taxi BUT.. they do take US Dollars. Happy stay. You will be pleased

Great clean basic accommodations

A spacious condo in gated community 3 km from the beach. The community is beautiful and newer with a great deal of building going on all around including right behind the unit . The construction did not bother us much as we were gone from 8-5 or 6 when all the hammering and noise was happening 6 days a week . The condo had all the necessities and was reasonably well equipped. A few more chairs for outside would be nice as it’s a 3 bedroom built for more than / people but came with 2 chairs. The gated community was awesome and the guards at the front were very friendly. The unit was very clean . Most if not all rentals here come with beach chairs. This one doesn’t so just keep that in mind. Loved our stay and will rent again without hesitation.

Great stay in Puerto Morelos

Everything was great. If there were any issues Alfonso the property manager was on it right away. I completely recommend this property to anyone going to Cancun. Very secure and safe gated community.

The house was great. Very secure gated community. $ 10 cab ride to all restaurants and beach. Great grocery store by the beach. Great restaurants. We had a great stay.

good location

not beach front but short drive or a nice walk to the beach its in a gated community so there is that sense of security. has a pool which is nice to hang out in. the only issue we had was that the blender turned on by itself at 3:30am which was super loud and woke us up a little frightened on one of the nights we were there but everything was good.

Great/quiet get away!

We are so happy we found this place! Very clean and has everything you need. Although, it is not by the beach,it was a short and safe 20min walk to the beach, restaurants and everything else you may need. And if you like to practice your Spanish and experience some great hospitality, you are only 4-5 blocks to the grocery store, bank and some fantastic local cuisine! Mr. Alfonso, the manager, was always available when we needed him. Oh yes, if you dont like to walk, taxi service is safe and available at all times for cheap!
